Hiring Kneaded for our wedding was amazing! I initially found Kneaded because I work in another department at the same company. They caught my eye because I would always receive emails stating that they’ve won an award, which really spiked my curiosity.
In addition to this, I was already aware of their desire to provide a safe space for disenfranchised youth and young adults to learn how to cook and gain valuable life skills.. Not only this, but their photos of the food they’ve catered also caught our eyes. They were able to provide a reasonable fee for outstanding looking food and my husband and I thought it would be the best choice for us out of all the other catering companies we looked at.
After hiring kneaded, we were able to have a tasting that was set up a few months prior to our wedding where we got to taste all the items from our menu. That day was super fun and Chef Trino & Tekarra answered all our questions and helped us prepare for our big day.
The day of the wedding was great! The service that Kneaded provided was exceptional & the food was just as pictured & described! My favs were the chimichurri stesk, the garlic smashed potatoes, and the tofu stir fry from our menu.

The first event was in the Fall for a private reception at the home of a board member for our Agency. We had around 50 guests which included past CEO's, VIP's and philanthropists. The event was held outdoors in the backyard. Working with the team at Kneaded, we built a menu, dialed in logistics, and an event timeline. The Kneaded team arrived early, brought extra linens (which we didn't think we would need but absolutely did), and started setting up. The team created an amazing layout of food for the buffet portion and members walked through the event with passed appetizers. They were consummate professionals in the way they communicated with our event lead, offering bites to guests and presentation. At the end of the event they made sure that the space was exactly as they found it when they arrived and even boxed up the extra food for guests to take home.
The second event was a large gathering to thank our CEO as he transitioned into retirement. We booked a large event space in San Jose and planned on having 200 guests. The Kneaded Academy drove up a few days before hand, toured the space, planned a layout to ensure the event would go smoothly. Over the preceding six weeks they worked with us to build a menu and asked all the right questions for things we hadn't thought of. Day of the event, they arrived extra early to setup, put together their food displays, and were ready to go well before our first guest arrived. Again, we had both a buffet display as well as passed appetizers and they were fantastic. Many of our guests were asking for the contact information for Kneaded.

I was able to sample each of the baked goods on their menu and every single one was outstanding. My favorites are the cinnamon scones, snickerdoodle cookies, sugar cookies and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. The staff is so friendly and ordering is very simple through their website. I have been giving tbeir baked goods boxes as gifts with rave reviews!

I own a small winery, La Vie Dansante Wines, in Gilroy and each year we have a nice anniversary dinner catered for our members. This year we decided to go with Kneaded for a number of reasons: they're local and non-profit, they support youth, and they're affiliated with Rebekah's Children Services. Frankly, the service and food could have been mediocre and I still would have used them because of all the good they do in the community. That said, I can't say enough about the quality of the staff - punctual, respectful, smiling and well dressed. And the food? Outstanding! We'll be calling Kneaded again next year and encourage everybody else to support this amazing organization.

Andrew and his team were very helpful and instrumental in making sure everything was perfect before and during the event. Andrew and Chef Carlos made suggestions on food choices which were amazing and delicious. A hit with our teammates. The food was hot, and the presentation was exceptional. The team was collaborative and flexible when it came to any changes or questions. The team who came the day of the event were professional, friendly and helpful. They have catered small gatherings for my team at my home, as well as larger parties for family and I have attended COUNTLESS charity events where they are the provider of food and appetizers. They are amazing.I also use KNEADED for my client gifts. Each time one of my clients is approved for a home loan, KNEADED sends a box of treats (cookies, banana bread, etc) to them on our behalf. It is a service that delivers positive comments every day. I highly recommend this amazing group, not only for the what they feed you and how they do it, but for their amazing mission statement and give back to the community.
