Service was great we all enjoyed our food my daughter that does always like to eat Mexican food was so happy they had pancakes ? The birria is very good and their Aqua fresca is delicious!

Very bad service, the waiter wrote down everything and I didn't bring anything. I never go back to that place. I asked him for food and drinks. He only brought me the food and never brought me the drink. Then he wanted to charge me for everything when he knew perfectly well that he didn't bring me everything I asked for. I really don't recommend very bad service.

Went here Friday night as a lastResort since everywhere else was really busy. It wasn't really busy but because most of the restaurant was set up for a party the next day, everyone was sat in the back area. Sat down and shortly after chips were brought to our table. The chips were shiny and wet looking as if they just came out of the frier but were cold. We looked over the menu and placed our orders, Enchiladas with just rice, a quesadilla, and quesaburria tacos with an additional side of rice. I saw the server bringing a tray of food that he placed down on an empty Table and brought us 1 of our 3 meals. Tried to give us the other items on the tray but those were not ours. Next the second plate of food came out laterAnd finally the plate of enchiladas came out, completely incorrect. The order was for 1 green enchilada and 1 red enchilada with just rice, no beans due to an allergy. The plate of enchiladas brought out had what looked like both red and green sauces mixed together and half the plate wasCovered in beans. I politely said this wasn't what I had ordered so it was taken back to be corrected. Besides the incorrect enchiladas, the side of rice was also forgotten. Meanwhile, everyone at the table was able to eat their food while I waited. The second time my plate came out the enchiladas looked as I had ordered but the plate still had beans, which again I'm ALLERGIC to. I again politely let them know I had ordered myPlate with no beans and sent it back. TheBy the third time my food came out, everyone at our table was finished eating. I looked over my plate and this time it appeared to finally be as I had ordered it, until I started moving things around. What the kitchen had done was simply taken the enchiladas off the previous plate and stuck it on a new plateWith rice, leaving the same enchiladas that were Just sitting in the beans on the plate. Which AGAIN made them inedible for me. When the waitress came Over to check on our table she said she wouldn't charge the enchiladas which was as it should be since I didn't eat them. Instead during the long wait I had eaten one of someone else's tacos. We got the check and I gave cash to pay. When the change came back I was short changed and not given the coins but only the dollars. Not a huge deal but it was almost 50 cents and if that is happening to several people over The day then that adds up to a larger Amount over time.None of the food ordered was very good, and the amount of time we spent waiting for the quality wasn't worth it. By the time weAll got home, we were having to fight over the bathroom. All of us ended up with stomach aches. We will not go back to this place again. Terrible food and no regard for people with allergies, serving them something that can clearly make them sick, and short changing people who pay cash. Save your money and goSomewhere that actually has good edible food.

Food was so bad I had food poisoning from it the next day. Also when we were leaving there was water on the floor and my grandma slipped and broke her back now she’s in a wheelchair for life. They ruined my grandma’s life and they called her a monkey. They are racist!!

The food took 1hr to get to my table and I was already angry and wanting to get the check I told the waiter what's the hold up she said that the burrito I ordered was backed up but the people who sat down after me got there food , this place sucks and service sucks , they told me not to come back and told me that covid stinking animals are not welcome here anymore , I will greatly review this place a 1 star don't come here ever !!!!!

Food was nasty it had hair in it and the customer service was horrible gave me attitude. They also called me the n work with the hard R when I left I was astonished.
An amazing place were to have a good time.. this is our 3rd time we eat at this place.. our first time we had the worrsttt customer service, we were ignored and our server was just rude when we had questions… but this last 2 times we’ve been at the restaurant, let me tell yaaa, Maria has been our server.. she is just amazing, friendly with a beautiful smile, Great Customer service !! Valeria checked up on us to see if we would like anything else. .Maria and Valeria are the reason why my family and I came back to this restaurant

Everyone loved their lunch from Los Cuates! Burritos were huge and kept the office staff fueled up for the rest of the day. Because the order was delivered I can't comment on ambience but service was great. Food arrived right on time. :)

Pretty good atmosphere but the food was just bland. I’m not sure how. I’ve heard so many good things from this restaurant. The thing I most enjoyed were there refried beans. Haha. Chilaquiles were dry and bland and there mojito was straight rubbing alcohol with cucumber. But our waitress was amazing and friendly. They have that part nailed down. It hard to find Mexican food in Gilroy/Hollister that actually delicious.

Terrible service we made a reservation for 70 people I even spoke to a manager and she said that the date we wanted was available she even checked the calendar said it is available so I booked ir then 3 days before the event she calls me and said it's not I was very upset then she says we have another day available then I told her if I wanted another day I would have asked for. Then she says I don't know what to tell you. Bad bad communication.
