I went to this place on a Monday afternoon to celebrate my husbands birthday in hopes of having some good seafood. I ordered ceviche and it did not taste fresh at all. I asked for Tapatio and the waitress gave me this bitchy face like she was bothered by me for even asking. I asked for iced water with lemon and the water they gave me tasted like tap water and they threw in a lime that had the brown stale skin. The food came out fairly quickly so it definitely was not fresh. The server literally came out once when she brought the food out and second when I asked for the Tapatio. She was nowhere to be seen after that. We were waiting too long for the tab that I had to walk inside (sitting outdoors) to get the tab myself. Upon looking at the receipt the server decided to give herself a $20 gratuity tip as if she deserved it! Horrible service! The waitress we got lacks customer service skills! Tipping herself as if she deserved it is some BS! I would not recommend this place whatsoever! I would suggest management have a talk with their workers and it would be a good idea to give them some basic customer service training. Rude servers like the one we dealt with definitely give this restaurant a continual bad reputation. Will not return and will be letting my network know about the bad service.

The food is decent- good. I went with my mom about 2 months ago. There was only one other table of 4 seated. The waitress was okay. I asked for water, and was given a bottle of water. After she gave the drinks she immediately walked away. She did not come back to our table or make eye contact until the food was served 15 minutes later. I was thirsty so chose to drink the water, not knowing it was going to be a $4 water! It is ridiculous to you charge $4 for a bottle of water and even not ask if that's what the customer wanted.

i see a lot of people commenting about the staff and how they have poker faces and seem rude, but realistically thats how you know the food is gonna be bomb. one of the best spots in town! i absolutely love eating here when im craving some good seafood! the food is so flavorful and juicy. 10/10 would recommend to a friend with a hangover.

Ordered thru DD & my order was missing a side. I called the restaurant 12/22 @5:20pm, the woman who picked up did not introduced the name of the restaurant or her name, as a fact she barely said a word (I wasn’t sure I even called the right #). I told her my order was missing an item she then sarcastically told me I could go pick it up if I wanted to. I asked what her name was, she said “nah” & hang up the phone. I do must say the food was amazing & if not for the treatment I received from this woman I would go back in a drop of a hat. Thank you

We came here because we saw all the tiktok and Instagram videos saying this place is so good and is a must try. It is all false advertisement the food was so expensive and was so bland. The waitress was so rude during the whole expensive and the back of the restaurant was so dirty. Never coming back, not a welcoming restaurant:(

All the hype from TikTok was a FAKE...What a disappointment to come in person what a complete waste of a drive. 2 stars because at least their coconut shrimp was good, that's the only thing I ate from my plate and it came with white rice with vegetables and some macaroni salad like what how does that even go together. Their food came out in a decent time They need to work on their customer service in all aspects not constantly being on the phone behind the register, keeping a close eye on my card charges, don't trust the fact that at the time of taking the cards, she had her phone out behind the register. Did not pass the trust vibe.
