This place is the bomb! Been eating here for 20 years. Everything on the menu is really goods and they have the best chips and salsa in town. Do yourself a favor and try the crispy chili verde tacos and the garlic shrimp plate. Amazing!
Stumbled onto this place while attending a VW show in Downtown.
I was hungry, so I walked in.
I asked the young woman how’s the food, it was my first time here. She replied “ Ohhh it’s the bomb!” And she was absolutely right!!
Goin’ on!! Old school good Mexican food!!!
And… the staff is very friendly!!

It's a good place, I tried the Menudo, the stuffed chiles and the machaca with egg.
I loved the Menudo, the machaca not so much.
I must emphasize that I live in Mexico and finding good Mexican food in the USA is not easy.
Yes, I recommend that you go and try.
