First time at this place for a quick lunch and having live in Gilroy. I ordered #1 Pho and the broth was good and lots of meat. Very good Pho place especially having lived in San Jose.

This is my go-to spot for pho in Gilroy - I come here about every other month. The restaurant is always clean, and I really appreciate how well they maintain the tables and sauces - no sticky or dusty surfaces like at many other places. The food is fast and consistently good. The pho isn’t overly sweet, which I appreciate. The meat quality is decent, I’ve definitely had better, but it gets the job done and honestly, the broth is what matters most to me.
