To start off with I came to McDonald’s because I had some points. I go through the drive-through. I have a code. So I give him the code it’s for an item, but then they told me they can’t make it and then I wouldn’t be able to get a refund on my points.

Never go to this place. I asked permission to use the toilet, they took money and the toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. The manager was rude.

The time literally say they’re open at 5am I ordered my food on the app I go here at 5:15 for them to tell me they’re not open? I confirm they open at 5am and I’m told yeah we do but we don’t have the grill ready so we aren’t making any food. Like are you serious? Then do not say you’re open at 5am if you’re not gonna be ready till 5:30. It’s ridiculous cause I don’t even know how to refund my order and I’m going to be late to work thanks to them. I’ll make sure to not come to this McDonalds anymore.
