Sadly 3 Stars - I had the "Trio" selection. I thought it was a choice of 3 items (1/2 Sandwich-Cup of Soup-Small Salad - as they show 3 categories) it wasn't, it was a choice of Half Sandwich, either a Soup, or a Salad, And French Fries. 1st of all, No Corn Chowder that day. 2nd the toasted bread was cut 1/3rd by 2/3rds which made eating the sandwich difficult. I brought this up with the waiter and the manager gave us a 10% discount, or $2.90 off my wife's and my meal. I realize that it's difficult to get help these days, but no corn chowder, and 1/3rd by 2/3rds? I used to love Mimi's Cafe.

Place nice. Had breakfast asked for eg over easy, the yoke was cooked. The potatoes have sage in them that wasnt for me. First time ever there will not go there for breakfast.

Terrible!! I ordered chicken cheddar Mac n cheese. Tasted it didn’t like it. It was not cheddar it was American cheese. I explained they had it wrong on the menu. Emma the waitress/ manager said she still had to charge me cuz they made it for me. I told her it was wrong on the menu. They should put American cheese. The chef confirmed it was American mixed with cheddar. I said that should be written on the menu. And I wouldn’t of ordered it. In the end I got a muffin and she still charged me 1/2 price cuz they made it for me. Very disappointing

Friendly service with a warm and cozy interior. Limited outdoor seating is a bit noisy because close to the highway. Food was delicious. Generous portion on the jambalaya.
