Quick and Irty-day review... Value: 3 out of 5 Generous portions, slightly above average quality of Americanized asian (Chinese & Japanese) cuisines. They seem to rotate and replenish adequately. Atmosphere: 3 out of 5 Food service area appears to look clean, workers tidy up as they serve you. Dining area passable but could use some attention. Service: 2 1/2 out of 5 Cordial, but not a smile in sight or welcome greeting, they all look unhappy working here. Bathroom: Didn't use Verdict: 3 out of 5 Worth a trip if you want more choices and slightly better quality than Panda.

This place is good. I enjoy eating here and it doesn't make me feel sick like some fast food places do. I think the quality is better than Panda.

If you want filling chinese fast food that's affordable, eat here. Bigger portions than what Panda Express offers and a more affordable price. Food is good and the Pork is my favorite. I usually get the fish but lately they've been out of it. But definitely a good item. Orange chicken taste good and not as hard as Panda's. There's a car body shop next to it so you can eat here while you get your windows tinted. Only down side is that the item names aren't displayed anymore so I find myself just saying, 'Can I get that red meat?"

A lot of food for your buck. The beef in the beef broccoli is so tender and so savory.Vegetarian options: I saw a tofu and broccoli that looked fire but was craving meat. Next time.Parking: In a commercial plazaWheelchair accessibility: Open floor plan. Plenty of room for wheelchairs.

Called in the other evening to place an order. Dude picks up unprofessionally with just, "Hello?" I confirm it's Hong's and he asks me to hold. 15 minutes later I'm still on hold as I walk into the place with 3 employees and a single customer and ask who left me on hold. Tall guy immediately starts apologizing saying it was "busy" yet all three were standing at the front waiting for customers. The short, dark dude who actually picked up agrees and when confronted about why he left me on hold, said nothing as tall guy tried to apologize again, but doesn't accept responsibility for leaving me on hold and standing around. I ask one more time and a dude I'm familiar with says it was him, even though thats not how he answers. I highly recommend learning how to professionally answer phones and not to upset regular customers that'll no longer be going to this establishment. Thanks for the needless disrespect and money in my pocket

0 I usually go there to get my lunch! I've been going there for years! The last couple of times I've been there I've been totally dissatisfied. Today was the culprit a poke bowl with potions of ingredients like we were in the depression! I called bcuz my lunch . Is only 30 minutes. $16.00 dollars plus taxes for a miniature potions lots of rice! Manager unwilling to make it right!

The hot & sour soup was great. Everything we ordered was good. I would recommend for Chinese food.

It's a great place if you want a level higher than Panda but don't want to wait forever for great tasting Chinese. We love the salt and pepper shrimp and portions are very generous. Would definitely recommend!

Save your money and skip this place all together. Husband brought home egg rolls and crab Rangoon's. The egg rolls were decent but the rangoons tasted like expired cream cheese and wontons had a bad expired taste too. We have never been to this establishment previously and will likely not be trying it again.

gross -- food bits swimming in rancid nonspiced yellow orange oil. Not even sure it can be classified as "food" -- suitable for landfill.
