They give a lot of ice cream for one scoop which is 4.50$ my kids can’t finish it, a variety of flavors all so good!! I definitely recommend support this Latino base ice cream shop!!

Went there for corn in a cup and my child asked for a candy afterwards so I purchased that separately. The candy total was $2 but I didn’t know that until later. The girl behind the counter rang me up and told me it was $4 and some change so I gave her a $20. She took it and gave me my change. I proceeded in just putting it in my wallet and walked away, but as I’m leaving I thought that was a lot for two pieces of candy so I took the money back out and I see that I only have two fives and a one dollar bill so I went back in to complain and they told me they had to review the cameras and that the cashier had given the correct change back. I argued that was all the money I had in my bag and she didn’t give me the right amount and anyway how was I charged over $4 dollars for two pieces of candy that were supposed to be only one dollar apiece and the lady tells me oh the rest was taxes. I told her oh you guys are thieves then because there’s no way that should’ve been over $2 dollars of taxes and I will not be coming back here again and the woman tells me oh that’s your choice do whatever you want. Horrible customer service! I had to give a one star only because I couldn’t do zero!!!

I went shopping and the girl with glasses who serves is very rude. It seems that it bothers him that they buy from his business. Apart from the bad timing, he overcharged me and gave me a different order than I asked for :( Had I known this, I would have been better off not having gone.

The truth is, I didn't like it at all, they have a very bad attitude. Apart from that, it's a robbery with the coconut water being so expensive and so little water, so they gave it to us.

The girls that work there are so rude, they are not friendly, patient and kind, the times i have gone there is not busy and for some reason the taller girl with glasses always rushes me. I like to take my time and i hate when employees dont take their eyes off you because thats literally all she does. Her jjob is to serve whenever youre ready but she apparrently her job is to make me have a hard time every time, i dont know what her problem is but the costumer service sucks.

This place tried to overcharge us, thinking we can't speak Spanish. We got a small cup which should be $5 but they attempted to charge us $20. Only after several minutes of going back and forth, and a fellow customer behind us in the line speaking to the cashier did she change it to $5. Disappointing experience.

They used to give better service and quality now today we wen to get papas locals and they are super dry barely any souce I didn’t realize until I was back in my car far away as I ordered to go. They broke my ? I am almost choking myself, not even lime on the papas.
