This is our gem! If you're craving pizza Pinocchio is the place to go!!! Excellent food and service. Best NY style pizza without leaving Gilroy. Do not leave the restaurant without an order of their pesto knots, they're our family's favorite.

was very excited to be able to order Pinocchio's for the first time in forever because of their weird hours and was horribly surprised by the slimy, unflavored, and soggy pizza i received. extremely disappointed this place used to be the best pizza in town now i wouldn't even take it over little cesar's.

Best New York style pizza in the South Bay! We have been enjoying their pizza since 2003! Our favorites are the pepperoni pizza and pepperoni and sausage calzone. Their sauce and dough is so delicious can’t get enough! Friendly family owned pizzeria. I only eat their pizza out here!
