I called in for a take out on their medium pizza special. It was good, a little light on the toppings in my opinion. Other than that it was good. Service was fast and they were nice.

The cheese is not even tasty and the pizza and crust is so hard can’t even cut it in half it’s so hard can’t even take a bite of it my brother is only 4 and he couldn’t even take a bite of how hard it was don’t recommend at all

If you call in to order, your call will be answered by a call center not the actual location. This is the third time that the call center has messed up on my order. I ordered for delivery. I was told 40 min for delivery. 1 1/2 hours later, I called the number back and got the store by selecting the option for something wrong with my order. The manager said we'll it is here. It was marked as a pick up. No offer to deliver it, just it is here waiting for you to get it. I go up to the store and I get ignored while the guy at the counter is dealing with a customer in the drive thru. Manager acted like he did not even k ow why I was there. I told him there has been several issues with the call center and it is going to cost them customers. He said " Eh, oh well" and shrugged his shoulders. I asked if my pizza was still hot, he tossed it on the counter and said it should be. Then he got visibly frustrated when I stated that I ordered the Cinnabon rolls as well. He pulled them out of another bag and literally tossed them on top of the pizza box. I told him it was cold and he once again showed visible frustration. I said I did not want a cold pizza and he got a huge attitude with me and told me that I had to wait. His body language was horrible. He rolled his eyes and then shrugged his shoulders at me again. I said that I just want a refund. He raised his voice to me and said "fine, it's canceled" and he angrily grabbed the pizza off of the counter and tossed it like a Frisbee on the wire racks. I said I wanted a refund again, and he yelled at me that the order is canceled. I said will my card still be charged, he yelled again that the order is canceled. I tried to ask for his name and he ignored me until I finally became frustrated and raised my voice asking if they were just ignoring me now. I asked if he was the manager and what his name was. He snapped at me with yes and he said his name was Oscar, then said "have a nice day sir" in the most condescending tone I have ever heard. When I called the corporate number to complain, I got another call center. They took down my complaint and said they will have someone look into it, and that they hope to have me back as a customer again soon. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Horrible pizza, worst value in gilroy on doordash. Don't order from here unless you have a coupon and don't mind crappy pizza. Round table and other pizza places are so much better. Pizza last night was soggy and undercooked.

Please do not order from the restaurant if you don't want to get the right order. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was delivered to my house but did not have pepperoni on it even though I paid for it. Tried to call the store but was put on hold and the manager never picked up the phone. Such lousy service. Please do not order from them.
I drive from Aromas to go to this particular Pizza Hut because the pizza is always piping hot and ready within 10-15 minutes. The staff is always pleasant and the store is clean. It could use some updating in the dining room, but other than that, this is a great location.

Pizza and delivery are to expensive. They burn the pizza all the time. Domino's is way cheaper and better quality. Every time we get pizza hut I'm disappointed. Me and family members won't be going there anymore. Also employees are super rude.

Nothing but a bunch of scammers at this location. Looked at the menu online and saw a large stuff crust 1 topping was $16.99. Went into the store and ordered. After paying, I saw it rang up at $24.29. I asked why the price was different and was told $16.99 was online only even no where did it saw that. I asked to cancel my order and they said I couldn't because I already paid. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do that either. If you like getting scammed out of your money, go here. Otherwise stay far away. Plenty of better honest pizza places in the area.
