I love pizza my heart but they NEVER have pepperoni and we always have to wait. Knowing it’s a popular item they should consider having a surplus of it during busy days.

My wife and I just stopped in on our way back to Fresno. Wish we had one of these. The food was excellent. I was able to indulge and get multiple flavors by the slice and gluten free for her. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed with great music and a very positive staff who all gave to an excellent experience. Will definitely stop next time through. Thank you guys.

I am just so excited to have a Pizza my heart here in Gilroy. I am a SJ transplant and I am accustomed to having my Valentine's heart shaped pizza and de' luxe. Pizza was great lots of stuff on it, doordash was good. Happy to have you here pizza my heart!

The food is very good. I placed an order over the phone on a Thursday 9/19 for a pickup at Gilroy & was informed that order will be ready in 30 min. I got there in 40 min but was informed to wait additional 6 minutes in which I did. When Ii came back. . Nick who I dealt with informed me that there was a mix up in the order & informed me that they will work on it immediately & gave me a discount & offered a drink while I wait. The important thing he acknowledged the error & fixed the issue right away. I’m pleased with the service.

Pizza was over cooked cheese was even fried don't recommend it other pizza my hearts have better service welcoming and better pizza sorry but I could not call my pizza actual pizza it was burnt cheese ? ? service was bad too

I made a stop with my partner last month, we walked in and there wasn’t many customers we were a little confused on where to start our order so we stood behind the customers who walked in ahead of us. Someone else walked in and was helped before they aknowledge us we moved over and stood in line waiting to be helped for a few minutes. One of the employees asked if we were ordering slices if we could please move down the line so we moved up and no one took our order by this time we had stood there about 10-15 minutes we made it to the register and it had already gotten busy everybody behind us was being greeted and helped as they walked in, we asked if we could order and were told they couldn’t take our order there, at this point we felt uncomfortable and as much as i hate to say it we felt profiled so we decided to leave it had been at least a good 15-20 minutes and by far the worst experience we’ve had. Unfortunately we won’t be returning to this location as we were truly disappointed..

Pizza is great! The service is fast and friendly which is a nice surprise since they haven’t been open that long. The quality and taste of the pizza is always amazing, fresh and hot and lots of variety. This might be the best PMH I’ve been to in a while. Great Job, and Keep it up!

Was told to buy a whole pizza if I wanted just one nondairy slice of the vegan big sur.
Vegetarian options: Was told they don't do vegan by the slice. They make you order a whole pizza.

He was very efficient and made our experience at pizza my heart in Gilroy fantastic . 100% recommend!
