My wife and I really appreciate an establishment that is welcoming, clean, organized and most importantly freaking DELICIOUS! This is a go to lunch spot, hands downs!
Great service, great tasting. Reasonably priced for poke. The regular bowl looked about the same size as the large bowl. Sounds good right? But gave me the runs within a few hours.

I've been coming here for dinner, at least once a week, for months. That's how much I like this place! Ambience: modern, bright, very clean, and welcoming! Service: Superb! All of the employees there are very professional, friendly, welcoming, warm, accommodating, and efficient. They make each visit a very positive experience! Food: Excellent! Everything looks very clean and fresh, including the fish. I've tried everything except the octopus and it all tastes very good. They are also generous with the amount of fish they give you. There are a lot of customization options. So many! Another perk is you get a free bowl after every 10 bowls. I've gotten 3 so far I think . I love this place and I'm going to keep going back!

Reasonable priced (good value) and a nice variety of ingredients but limited on sauces. Super nice surprise that they don't charge extra for avocado. We usually get the salad and sushi rice combo. Salmon is our favorite protein; would pass on the octopus. Recommend going there and ordering instead of ordering online. 2 of our party of 4 discovered they were missing items in their bowl when we got home; even though the print out listed all the items correctly. Thank you for opening a poki bowl place in Gilroy! This satisfies my craving and so happy we don't have to travel far to get a good poki bowl!

Just got a bowl with two scoops of crab, the crab had gone bad. Super disgusting almost rancid. I called and the guy who answers the phone just said okay when I told him, I suggested he through out the crab and he said we already changed it out. Pause. I then said it ruined my bowl (not to mention my appetite) and he said sorry we apologize for that. Wow, how about offer to make it up to next time I'm In or something. Lost a customer.

I spend a decent amount of time in Maui and they have some good Poki bowls over there. Here at Poki bowl they took it to the next level. Very tasty and generous amount even with the regular size bowl.

I love love Poki bowls. I crave poki! I have been known to only eat poki for a week. So, I was thrilled to learn that we do, in fact, have a Poki spot here in Gilroy. Is it the best Poki bowl I've ever had? Absolutely not. However, there are no other Poki Bowl options around... this fact is what solidifies Poki Bowl with four stars. It is essentially a 'build your own' poki which is great. You pick how many sauces, raw fish, toppings, etc. you want. Or just be like me and say 'Everything'. The folks behind the counter are always super friendly to me.I go here constantly and will be back consistently.

If this review was based on previous visits it would have five stars but after our strange experience I'm giving out 2. I bring my 11 year old son here often enough to know what to expect in terms of portion, quality of service and courtesy. I never order for myself, only for my son. He likes a simple bowl with sushi rice, ahi tuna, salmon and green onions. It's a very simple request that had never yielded poor portions. He is always content with his meal. Today the portion seemed off, less than usual, but moreover what left a bad taste in my mouth was the actions of the two young men behind the counter. They kept speaking under their breath, snickering and then glancing over at me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't come into a restaurant to be made fun of, I want a pleasant and polite experience. I expect more from this establishment.

This was the best Poki we have had! The food was fresh, service was excellent and the restaurant is immaculate! Do yourself a favor and go. Now serving warm Chicken Teriyaki too. Beautiful decor makes you feel at home and comfortable. Great owner with great staff

I've been to this location a few times. I love poki and order a few times a month. I usually order half white rice and half mixed greens. Last night I decided to try the brown rice. I had to throw away my $21 bowl of poki for the first time. The brown rice was raw. I was so sad because I've been wanting poki for the last two weeks. I hope they try their food before serving them.

Poki is a great experience! When I first tried it a few years ago I was hesitant as I am not a huge sushi eater. Poki is a completely different experience and I truly loved it. Then I went to Poki Bowl in Gilroy and my experience was stepped up a couple of notches!! The food is so fresh, you can customize the bowl in so many ways. They even have teriaki chicken for those just not interested in raw fish. For the truly adventurous, you can try the Spam over rice wrapped in seaweed!! I highly recommend the Gilroy Poki Bowl. You will be so pleased that this quality of food is available in South County. If you love Sushi or Poki you will be very pleased, if you have never tried Poki - you will be blown away!!
