We ordered a Larger Pepperoni and olive pizza, gluten free King Arthur supreme and 24 bone in wings. Our order was ready as soon as we arrived for pick up! The cashier was friendly and made sure we had plenty of paper plates, cheese, peppers and napkins. Every was very tasty and warm!

I came in and bought a small pizza worth $21, then I ended up with two charges on my account. One for $21, & the second for $125. The first one was correct but the second one caught me by surprise. I came into this establishment to support the business but got money taken from me. I talked to the store manager to give me my money back but he said wait 3 business days for the payment processor to refund me.... Soo i came into his establishment to support his business, and I got 5X the money I spent TAKEN from me. He wants me to wait for MY money to be refunded? That's not how you handle business or take care of the most important asset at a business; the customer. I am a manager at INO Burger and over here we would've taken money out of the cash register to refund our most important asset, the customer, because we want to take care of the customer. That's Called going Into value exchange for the soul purpose of creating relationships, which leads to the money. The way this round table is doing business is just viewing customers as dollar signs rather than people that need a problem solved; hunger. In other words, this round table pizza exists only for $. Business actually exist to solve a problem though and take care of the most important asset, the customer. I wouldn't come here again or reccomend this business even to my worst enemy. I'm literally chasing the store manager for MY money that got taken from me for coming in and trying to support his business. The store manager or any other manager in there isn't handling this correctly. The correct thing to do in this scenario would be to refund the customer the full amount that got taken from them, NOW. Not later, not tomorrow, not 3-5 business days, NOW. Then the business deals with the back end of things how they please. That's called taking care of the customer, the most important asset a business has. I wanted to tell people that they took care of me, to come back, recommend it to others, but I can't. I follow actions, not words. This business has demonstrated they aren't mission driven, they don't care about the most important asset which is the customer, & they are only transactional. Not relationship building. Meaning, they view every person they walk in as a dollar sign. Not a human that needs a problem of hunger solved. They went to extract as much as they can, not provide as much value as they can. Would NEVER come here again, or recommend this to o my family or even my worst enemy. I still have not yet to receive my money back yet that was stolen from me from this business. They haven't even tried their best to make sure I get my money back that was stolen. At this point, I don't care if I get it back or not because I'll make that back in the next 30 minutes but what if it was a mother trying to feed her children off of $21 then she gets charge 5X that and that money was for the rest of the month?? Now you're going to make a mother of 3 children wait to get her money back that she needs to survive? You going to tell her to wait 3 business days? When she was trying to just feed her children and she chose YOUR establishment to solve that problem, but instead you decided to be transactional and view her as a dollar sign? That's bad business, that's satanic/devilish thinking my friend.

Talk about lazy, our pizza was put together so poorly. Multiple peices were missing toppings and the pizza was cut all wrong. Had tiny slices, thin slices giant slices. This pizza was to share. $40 for a meduim pizza and they put zero care into making it. Will not be back to this location. I live in the country and was told by the manager to bring the pizza back to the store. Was only offered a 20% discount on my next order. I said i would not be back so how does this help me, it does not. This place went way down hill. The owner needs to whip the employees into shape if they are going to be charging this much for pizza.

Pizza has improved as well as the customer service. Maybe they got some training on proper customer service and topping quantity.

Pizza tonight had too much cheese and almost no tomato sauce. A little disappointing. I probably won’t be back for lunch or weekend nights because it seems it’s a waste of money. Cashiers usually aren’t friendly on those nights/ days.

I was wondering why this place has such low ratings. After I received my delivery order and did not receive any Parmesan cheese or chili peppers I see why it is rated so low. I have ordered delivery from many other pizza establishments throughout the years and always receive Parmesan cheese. Does management or employees care? Pizza here was not as good as other round tables. Spent almost $100 and included a tip that I wish I can take back. I Won't come here again.

I grew up eating here sadly today i tasted a whole different pizza definitely changed in ingredients almost thought i was having little Cesar's not coming back.

My family loves Round Table pizza and have eaten from many locations at home and while traveling. Unfortunately we ordered a pepperoni pizza from Gilroy, CA Round Table last night. It was absolutely horrible, tasted more like cardboard than pizza, looked like they had it sitting in a warmer oven for 2 days. Definitely would have been better off shopping the frozen food section at Safeway for pizza. At least it might have seemed fresh and hot.

I placed a couple online orders... most of it was free since I had some free codes on the app. The one thing I did pay for the Buffalo wings were burned, over cooked/recooked, dry. I feel like they were cooked for someone else that said no I don't want those and kept them for my order. The pizza I ordered was personal size pretty greesy typical pizza greese I guess not overly bread which is good not soggy, not bad just had the burnt wing taste in mouth. The twisty bread sticks were tasty real garlic maybe like more cheese if there is even cheese. Of course I eat what I order, but probably won't be back here for a long time even if I have a free reward, maybe for the bread twists and a larger size pizza. Cheers

Disappointed that my order was stuck in the warmer even though I was there waiting for it to come out of the oven. Guy at the register knew I was waiting, so why??? By the time I got it home (7 mins away) the crust was hard, dried out and pizza old n cold Think they forgot to add the zucchini during cooking because it was still pretty raw. Stopped going here a while back because I didn’t like the customer service and thought I would give them another try. Sorry to say for the price I paid I was not impressed.

This place has gone downhill. The quality isn’t what it used to be and the sizes of their pizza small compared to other places. Costco pizza beats this place hands down and their large is bigger than Round Tables xl. The price you pay is a rip off. I pay less at pizza my heart and get great tasting pizza. Honestly round Table, if you’re going to charge what you do you better deliver pizza worth the price. Best of luck people

Ordered by phone and they said it would be 35 minutes for pick up. Arrived at 40 minutes and they said it will be 20 minutes. Many people in the restaurant have been waiting for a while! Won't be back.
