I didn’t catch the name of the cashier who worked 1/13 around 6:40 pm but I could not believe how rude she was about a forgotten drink that I added at the window for my two year old. I was nice and polite and for her to tell me no at the window was extremely rude for one there was no one in line I hadn’t paid yet but however she proceeded to inform me of how much of a problem I was by throwing her off on the drinks she was already making (mine) I’ll now be going to the Starbucks located by target where their customer service is much better

We went to this Starbucks and forgot our banana bread there. We unfortunately couldn't come back the same day and called in to see what they could do. A nice gentleman said just to come in the next day and say that we had spoken to him. The drinks and customer service was amazing!

This is the worst Starbucks to go to, they always mess up your drinks I don’t no why I tried them again maybe I thought they changed but they disappointed me again. I don’t think their baristas no how to make drinks, and it is so funny with the price of gas if you call them they always say come back and we will make your drink again well why didn’t you make my drink right the first time why do I have to go back again for you to make it right no thanks I will just stop coming to your nasty place.

I'm not sure how stressful a manger can get at Starbucks, but clearly enough to yell at associates. I asked on the side for the girls name and apparently her name is Sam.She's very rude and talks like a child, very condescending and I didn't appreciate her tone to the baristas :(Feel bad for those poor kids who are just trying to survive.
