I order an iced white chocolate mocha, was overcharged then yelled at me when I told them. Then when I got my drink, it tasted gross. Like milk and vanilla, with no coffee at all and I think they spit in my drink, I SAW LIPSTICK. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER NEVER COMING BACK

This place is a vibe and it starts with leadership. shoutout to Edgar and the rest of the team that have been there for awhile - especially the usual morning crew. always lifts my spirits up - and I can't say that alot about many other chain stores.

Horrible. I had ordered a refresher 25 minutes before school. The app told me my order was ready 7 minutes before I got there. And when I went inside there was no drink. So I waited. Then I asked this one girl about my drink and she told me to wait, 10 minutes passed and no drink still. I watched people who ordered way after me get there drink. I ended up not getting my drink AND being late to school. Horrible service. If you really want Starbucks go to another one.

They always burn my damn coffee here. I have given them a few chances and they just don't know how to make coffee.Not only that but they always play loud music.I would recommend a different coffee shop for good coffee and ambiance. Try AnNam down the street! Support local business instead!
