The guy at the counter was rude. I asked him for a cup of ice and he told me I needed to purchase something. I wouldn’t ask for ice if I bought something. Thought that was weird. Told him I never had to purchase ice from Starbucks he said it was a new policy. No worries I’ll go across the street to McDonald’s. Starbucks should be ashamed to force people to buy something

This location is ran very well! I live on the other side of town and often make the drive to this store. They get my drink right every time 👌🏽 Im greeted as I enter and Allie and staff will always take a moment to chat before leaving. Very happy with this Starbucks!

Friendly servers. Coffee and pastries/bagels as expected. Easy access from freeway. Inside seating clean and adequate for Sunday morning. Outside view not great.
Minus one star because of the music is so bad, unfortunately like almost every Starbucks.

Extremely disappointed on the drink I received. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí expecting to sip on the 24 fl oz a venti is advertised to have. Upon getting my drink it was not only filled with more than 70% ice but it was not even filled up all the way with the lemonade I ordered. I basically spent almost 10 dollars on ice with a side of lemonade. Will not be coming back and I suggest no one else wastes there breath on this location either.

Worst experience ever. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Starbucks corporation. I asked for a splash of half and half and the manager wanted to charge me a 1$ for a splash!? I used to be a former Starbucks manager. The guys attitude was awful, what happened to good costumer service at Starbucks.

The coffee tastes terrible at this location. It tastes like burnt espresso and leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. I go to any other location in town but this one because of it. I tried going back three different times and each time it tasted terrible and almost undrinkable. I go to Renz if on that side of town even though it's a bit more of an inconvenience every time now after giving this location several tries with no change.

Never thought I would give a low ratting for a Starbucks in my life . Really horrible experience bad watered down drinks and horrible bread. My cheese danish has a nice long curly hair in it yum. I think this is the worsts Starbucks I’ve been too in my whole life. That’s very disappointing.

12mins waiting for my coffee by then my sandwich was cold. It was busy but come on 12mins for a iced coffee and I hate that they shorten the names of the drinks the second Starbucks location that does that.
