Called my order in on Halloween for the online special. They are a participating restaurant as I had ordered it earlier in the month and it is good through the 31st as the coupon states. Girl put me on hold, came back and said we stopped doing that yesterday and we can’t make a profit selling large 2 topping pizza at $19.99. Instead of 40 bucks your order will be 70. At this point I had people that would be waiting for me with the pizza so I took the hit and went there. Went there at 5:45 as requested for my pizza and there was literally 20 people in line waiting to order/pay with only one young girl at the counter taking money, orders, getting pitchers etc for everyone. People had to wait out the back door there was not enough room for them. Needless to say it took an extra 45 minutes to get my food and by the time I got home to all the kids the pizza was Luke warm and sucked. If you don’t want to participate in corporate promotions you don’t have to, but if you do, you don’t get to pick and choose when you start and stop your promotion without written warning. Your pizza is typically good but I refuse to patronize a store with ownership/ management that would do this. Also, it’s Halloween for Gods sake. Employee up to take care of the orders. You aren’t new. You know this. And don’t feed me a typical standard response that someone called in sick and blah blah blah. Don’t care

Hands down best pizza I’ve had! I am a very picky pizza eater lol & absolutely hate Pizza Hut lol so we tried this place out especially being two hours away from home. & it was amazing! You can literally taste the flavors in the dough itself & the meteor-Pizza the meats were so bomb & tasted so fresh! Thank you for having a clean bathroom as well. Very nice, clean & staff was very respectful place to eat, thank you! We will be back as we visit gilroy gardens very often :)

I really don’t know why this girl don’t listen to what you have requested her when I called this place to order food she literally asked me my phone number 6 times her customer service is horrible I asked her if she have peppers in the box she confidently said yes but there was no seasoning / chili flakes horrible

What an amazing place. Highly recommended. The pizza it is very good, it had a lot of toppings. A lot of parking. Place is huge, a lot of tv all around. Food is very very good, pizza was delicious. In the other hand, salad is average. Can't recommend the salad.

We went there yesterday on a Monday. The girl taking our order was polite but not very friendly when I asked her a few questions about beer sizes and prices. The pizza was good, but it was lukewarm when it was brought out. The previous times I've been there it was piping hot.
