My wife and I really like this place. We usually just get drinks, but they have good food too. My wife always gets the Gilroy Sunrise and I get a milk tea or something similar. Really good on a hot day.

The Vietnamese coffee is very sweet. It just tasted like condensed milk. I looked at the way the girl made it, I could tell it would be very sweet from the beginning and I'm correct. It was just mostly ice. I just tossed it, I couldn't drink it.

First time here and I got the strawberry surprise tea. It was insanely bitter, did not taste any strawberry flavor.

This place has gone down the drain... I usually would come here enjoying the drinks. We went in today, and there was 1 customer waiting, no one in line with a guy at the register putting in orders... not once did we get acknowledged for being there.... not a hello or be right with you. We stayed in line for a few minutes already ready to order. He is still putting in the order, then turns to speak with a worker , which is asking a question. At this point, we figured he would say hello or say how can I help you.... no! He decided to take off his jacket and still continue to not say anything or even look at us. At this point, we turned around and left. It's unfortunate, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Good portions and decent taste. Not the best but decent enough. I'll definitely coming back for their basil popcorn chicken.

@Tealeaf, can you guys stop forcing us to pay $1 for extra sauce that we don't need on Doordash? Very unfair that you set it up that way where its a requirement to pay for sauce when ordering spring rolls that we don't need!

Absolutely Awful! The first time I visited here, last week, it was amazing. I thought I had found a new spot closer to home. I went back today and the staff had completely changed. They messed up my order twice, I waited a ridiculous amount of time for it both times, and it was still wrong. The tea was incredibly bitter and so freezing cold, despite asking for no ice, that I couldn’t even drink it. It tasted like bitter water and the fruit tasted rotten. The only place I’ve ever been that can’t get no ice/light ice right. Don’t waste your money.

This is our closest tea shop so we frequent it a lot and also order for delivery on work from home days. The bahn mi, mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, and spring rolls are amazing and the few tea and smoothie drinks we’ve tried have all been good. My main complaint is their online ordering through doordash. They force you to choose extra add ons such as dipping sauces for more money even though the dishes come with sauces. And the sauces are over $1 each. So for an order of spring rolls and mozzarella sticks I end up paying for double the sauces and don’t even use them. It seems wasteful to me and my wallet. They also don’t give an option for notes or substitutions so I can’t let them know. And they don’t have an option for no sugar in the tea drinks online even though they can do no sugar in person. Still rating 4 stars for taste but the online system almost had me do a 3 star.

Yummy, good customer service, workers are super fast, drinks are delicious and never messed up. Edit: 6/10/24- I have noticed that for the last couple of weeks tealeaf's drinks quality has been declining. The drinks are getting more bitter, the workers are putting so little topping that sometimes I question if I ordered it with toppings. I asked for light ice and I got a drink with no ice and I also highly appreciated the worker Randy who made it perfectly and quickly every time, has been fired and after that the drinks are terrible. I'm considering a new place if the drinks continue to be poor. The workers consider me and my best friend regulars and we want Randy back ?.

Service is slow on weekends. They don’t have many toppings or flavors to choose from. I asked the guy if they had egg pudding and he just stared at me like if I was stupid and responded to look at the menu. If it’s your first time going know that the drinks are way sweeter than other shops. The fries were ok, not enough sauce so be sure to ask for extra. Music is terrible.

I love getting the sea salt cafe drink here. It’s my favorite drink on this planet, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that their other drinks are bad. Their churros have too much cinnamon on them. Their pop corn chicken tastes just ok, but a bit pricey for the quality. Also the restaurant’s music is always way too loud and I often can’t hear them call for my order.

Cute spot and the fruit teas aren’t overly sweet and I like the amount of fresh fruit that’s added.
