Service is slow on weekends. They don’t have many toppings or flavors to choose from. I asked the guy if they had egg pudding and he just stared at me like if I was stupid and responded to look at the menu. If it’s your first time going know that the drinks are way sweeter than other shops. The fries were ok, not enough sauce so be sure to ask for extra. Music is terrible.

I love getting the sea salt cafe drink here. It’s my favorite drink on this planet, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that their other drinks are bad. Their churros have too much cinnamon on them. Their pop corn chicken tastes just ok, but a bit pricey for the quality. Also the restaurant’s music is always way too loud and I often can’t hear them call for my order.

I found this place just because I was really craving a bang mi. I am so not disappointed. I got the grilled pork with everything. It was amazing. I really enjoyed with. I got a strawberry smoothie as well and it was very tasty! Would definitely eat here again!!

The banh mi fries I got , the pork is so fatty I can't even chew it. Also, the pork was so burnt and hard I couldn't even bite into it. The owner, I don't knowHer name, is also really rude. I won't be returning back to the business. The customer service is really bad. Only maybe one nice worker there, but I noticed also most of the nicer cashiers left. So it's still bad customer service and also bad food quality. Not a good experience. Not only that but the jalapeños are so huge and they are not sliced and small in the fries.

I love love the Taro tea, how ever I think they put to much ice. Also the last time my son asked for a Chai milk tea, they ended up giving him a Thai tea (he hated it) he was to embarrassed to take it back. I think the staff needs to pay more attention when taking the orders

This is my favorite boba place in Gilroy. Usually order ahead online and pickup in person to avoid lines.I prefer to order drinks at 50% sweetness and appreciate the customizable options.If you like lemonade, the Charcoal lemonade (with no charcoal, can't wrap my head around it) is nice.

If there was an option for'no star' I would gone with that.1. The atmosphere was so gloomy and dark, though it was so bright outside.2. The popcorn chicken had no flavor and no salt. Though they call it fried with basil, I could hardly find any.3. The Banh MI sandwich. The worst ever I had. The chicken was stale and so hard. The bread was horrible4. For that price they can do a better jobHighly don't recommend this place.

Order Thai Tea with Boba and it was delicious! However the service was absolutely horrible. Stood at the counter for a few minutes without being addressed at all. An older man who seemed to be the owner walked by and looked at me and my husband multiple times while prepare other orders (which is understandable) but there were two other workers who continued to not help us. We were surprised the owner to tell them to help us. Finally one young woman came to help us, but was not happy about it. We really enjoyed the boba drinks but not sure if we’d return based on the service. Really bummed as we don’t live in Gilroy and we don’t have a boba spot in our area. We thought this could be our spot that’s relatively close by

We were surprised the owner to tell them to help us. Finally one young woman came to help us, but was not happy about it. We really enjoyed the boba drinks but not sure if we’d return based on the service. Really bummed as we don’t live in Gilroy and we don’t have a boba spot in our area.
