We went to dinner for my birthday. I had the Roasted Brussel Sprouts as an appetizer, Mediterranean Salad for dinner and my husband had the fettuccini. The food was hot and delicious! Our server was excellent as she kept our table cleaned, checked our drinks and overall checked in with us to make sure everything was good. I would recommend Tempo to my friends.

Wonderful experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant we felt welcomed and taken care of. They acknowledged we were celebrating a birthday and went above and beyond to make it special. That included a complimentary desert for all three of us with a birthday candle ?. Food was delicious, cocktails were great and our waiters were lovely. Definitely worth it, WE WILL BE BACK!

The service was very poor, Our drinks took about 30 minutes. We had a reservation and the table was not ready and the food took more than 1hr to get to our table. We didn't have options for desert only one kind. Our valentines date was almost ruined. Very poor management. He was there and didn't seem to care.

We went for the Valentines Prix Fixe dinner. Our res was at 6:30, not exactly late. The bread for openers was standard grocery store french bread, with cold, hard butter in a plastic sample cup. The chicken pozole was the best thing I had. Very nice, wish there was more of it, but it was really just right. My wife had mushroom bisque, which she said was delicious--but see below. The paella was OK but I don't know why it was billed "for two", it came it separate dishes and was separate in every way. The proteins were overcooked. They ran out of creme brule, which disappointed my wife. Kinda went for that. We weren't there late. The mousse was thick and heavy. I left some, which rarely do with dessert. We sat in a cramped table against the wall. Seemed OK at first but the longer we were there, the tighter it felt, especially for my wife who was against some kind of vertical beam that consumed 20% of her table space. It was small, even for a two-top. And it's not really a super cramped room or anything. Just not laid out well. At one point my wife was finishing her soup when our waiter asked if she was done. She said no, still eating. The waiter stood there while she finished it, then whisked the bowl away.

I made reservations for the Valentines Dinner, it took 20 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we ordered a glass of wine, and all of our food options, after about 10 minutes we got our salad. We waited about another 10 minutes for our drinks and were told they had ran out of the wine. We made another selection and immediately after our entree was served along with our soup. We ate our soup first since that was the order we were supposed to have our dinner. By the time we finished our soup, our entrees were cold. We tried eating and not sending it back as staff was running around and our waitress wasn't around to let her know. It was very uncomfortable to hear the servers complain about how unorganized everything was and how stressed they were. Again, we tried to just eat our entree as we didn't want to make it harder on the staff. But it was really cold so we had to ask the waitress to flame it for us. Once it was brought back out about 15 minutes later, it was really good and flavorful. We were never asked if we wanted more water or another glass of wine. When dessert was next, we were told they had tan out and we were served the chocolate mousse. It was a very disappointing experience. We were hoping for some acknowledgement from the staff of the bad service but we just paid the full amount for our bill and left. Our experience and service was definitely not worth the price we paid.

Valentine's Day was busy and the service was slow, however the food was delicious. Limited selection of the menu for the day of celebration with the wife, and I understand because of day.

Not our first time here and we'll be back. The service is always good, the food quality is good and often too large in quantity. Not a bad thing. The bar mixes good drinks and overall the place is a gem for Gilroy!

Service was horrible, food was cold. There were only 6 people in the restaurant with plenty of staff. 25 min wait for drink. We made reservation in advance and still service was no existent.

Poorly run restaurant. Very bad management shows in the service. Food is pretty good. Drinks are insanely expensive. But again. That’s on management.

Live Music in Gilroy? Yep! Love this place. They server dinner and food afterwards too, many really great bands play there, love every bartender on staff, and have made a rather large circle of new friends in this place!Friday and Saturday, live music, worth it, if you haven't - go, you'll thank me.

We made a reservation for 5, but when we showed up the hostess told me the reservation was only for 4. After showing her the text from OpenTable confirming that it was a reservation for 5, she stated, “Well, we'll have to add an extra chair to your table, because you chose a table for 4.” Confused, I told her I hadn't chosen a table at all... OpenTable only allows you to choose “Outdoors” or “Standard” and I had selected “Standard.” From there she proceeded to sit our group, not at a dining table, but at a lounge area with a small wooden coffee table in the middle right next to the open front door. (It's a December night.) This area is typically used as an area for people waiting to be seated, and the table is no where near large enough to accommodate 5 dinners to be served. Our group sat down because we were all hungry, but after waiting 15 minutes no one had brought menus, asked for a drink order, or brought water/place settings, etc. I went back to the hostess stand to ask for a manager, and the hostess (same hostess as before... there was only one) said she was the manager. I explained that we weren't happy with the seating and that no one had been over to even acknowledge us while we were seated. At this point, a man approached. (I'm not sure who he was... owner?) I briefly told him the situation, and then someone came and interrupted. Both the hostess/manager and the man turned their back to me and began speaking to them. Realizing the service wasn't going to improve, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
