At this particular Togos, there was no produce put on my sandwich. Nothing.Not one shred of lettuce, not one pickle.Just meat, cheese, and bread. I didn't open the sandwich for a few hours, so I didn't know it was naked. I asked for everything on it. It was soft and squishy.Uneventful.I am pretty short, so I can not see over the counters at any Togos. My whole life, I have eaten at this chain, and it is based on trust. Now I don't trust the one in Gilroy.

I got the #10 Pastramu Reuban. It was the bomb! This place is WAY better than subway imo. The freshness and quality of their ingredients! Highly reccomend.

Without a doubt they are the best baguettes I have ever tried, I recommend them 100%Super flavor, well served, fresh, and with very friendly staff.
Don’t close early or change the time online to avoid this.Edit: it’s the staff you hire. I was told you close in 5-10 minutes yet my order would not be taken because it too “close to close”. Change your close time to 8:50 if you close shop 10 minutes early. Other business don’t do this lazy Gilroy stuff. Has to be a city culture because other togos close at their scheduled close time. *honk honk*

Ordered a sandwich went to pay with card & system was down waited 15 minutes for 3 employees to fix & none of them could solve issue left 20 minutes later with no sandwich horrible shop & staff

This Togo's location refuses to serve anyone not wearing a mask, even though they have plexiglass up to the ceiling. That's ok, they lost a lot of money that day from my work crew who decided to eat elsewhere. Ladies were very rude about it too.
