Greasy carne asada tacos, they put way too much cilantro to cover up the lack of meat and to hide the grease.

The worst burrito I’ve ever had from any food truck period and also the worst customer service as well.
I was overcharged and received the wrong order. Food wasn't good.

The Tostada with Pork (ao pastor) was excellent! It's not big, but also affordable. For it's price the size was just right. The vegetables tasted fresh, the pork was tasty and tender. I'll definitely eat it again. I tried a piece of carnitas (beef) quesadilla that my wife ordered and it was very good too. And the churros, wow! Crunchy and fresh! Closed the dinner very well.
Oh, about the atmosphere... Well, it's a good truck, so you know it depends on where it's parked I guess. LoL

Decided to try this spot while visiting the outlets today. We love trying local spots when out of town but sadly today was so disappointing. We paid $56 dollars for 2 huaraches, 2 gorditas a coke and a sangria. Did it seem pricey? Yeah, but we know proces in this economy are crazy anyways we went on to try our food and the pastor meat was sooo Bland in flavor and unbearably gristly. Also huaraches traditionally are a thick-base dish but these huaraches were basically a tortilla because they were so thin. The gordita was made with chorizo meat and was also bland. Honestly we Would never order from this place again.

Excellent product and service. Two incredibly kind women behind the counter will accommodate all your dietary needs and cater to specific requests (vegetarian/gluten intolerant). (I added some plantain to my burrito,? 10/10). The home made corn tortilla quesadillas were the biggest we’ve ever had and the home made tortilla is a very nice touch. The location wouldn’t be one of my choosing but it’s the reason we found them, and the line was quite long for 2:30pm!Overall great spot and wonderful food giving every other spot in the area very good competition.Thank you for the wonderful service. Tons of places to park, and a little table available.

Got the 2 orders of quesabirrias with the consume. It was ok... I've had better. It took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food today at the Los Gatos Art and Wine Festival. Lots of other people who ordered after us got their food before us. Other places load you up with lots of cilantro and onions but we got none of that. Other places have a nice hot sauce that goes with their quesabirrias. It felt like we got like.. Sriracha chili sauce with this order. I feel like their business back end could use some work with more prep work ahead of time. Very meh.
Burping it up tastes better than going down. Probably won't be ordering from here again due to the wait and the taste.
Based on these reviews I won't eat there. The customer is always right. The owner doesn't accept criticism and if I was not satisfied they would not accept my critique. So why risk wasting time and money. I'd rather point it out by writing this. Many other restaurants out there.
