Food is fine and while there are a couple of polite/good employees there however, the bad outweighs the good. They constantly park you when you go through drive-thru but their establishment has no space for that, the drive-thru doesn't flow into a parking lot. I'm not going to risk scratching up my rims to get close enough to the curb in your tiny lane. I understand they do it to keep their service time down (i worked fast food for years) but it's freaking ridiculous. Use your head and find other ways to do it. Personally, I could easily memorize the first few orders and wouldn't input until the customers were ready to pay. Anything I couldn't memorize I'd write down on a piece paper while keeping communication open with my kitchen staff. Also, when they get orders wrong they throw the biggest fits and try to gaslight you when you all want is the proper order. I don't even ask for the cost difference which would be in my favor, and I still get attitude. Lastly, they give the most attitude when you're doing them a favor and notifying about the bathroom being unacceptably filthy. Guy came in and pee'd everywhere, I get that they're busy but we could've done without the condescending "you know there's a starbucks across the street, use theirs". Yeah, except i'm not a paying customer over there, i'm a paying customer here and all we did was mention the restroom was filthy. I even asked for some disposable gloves so i could wipe the seat down myself so i could clean it. I understand it's against their protocol to let me do that but again, the attitude was not needed. I've pretty much stopped coming here now, I know my one portion of RMR (like once a month) won't hurt them but keep pushing more customers away and the books will take a hit. I'm one of the last people who will give fast food service employees a hard time, because as I said, i worked it. We've had food thrown at us, had to clean up drug paraphernalia, clean up feces all over the walls, deal with being yelled at, etc etc. So for me to say something, trust me it took a lot of bad experiences. I refrained from reviewing mostly because some of their employees are sweet and nice. Hopefully they keep them, and get rid of the others.

It's a standard Wendy's. It does seem to take longer than other local fast food restaurants to get a mobile order. Also, as a customer it was frustrating to see an employee put in an order at the front, and receive said order, before customers have had the chance to do either. Overall it feels unorganized every time we've gone in.

Tired Wanderer

The food here is great as ever, but prices are too damn high.

Service and quality have plummeted as well. The girl I order from tried to overcharge my meal when I asked it made a specific way, ballooning the price. Worse yet, it took over 10 minutes to get my meal.

The staff is also lazy. They beg you to use the kiosks because they don't want to interact with you at all. If they do, they look scared, quiet and nervous. These are not people who should be working.

Nothing fast or really worth it about this Wendy's. Go elsewhere.

Food is always good, but today, the place stinks - it smells like a dirty bathroom today. Not sure why. Smelled it right when we came in.

Long wait times, menu items constantly unavailable, rude staff, lobby has a unique stench, and even though they open at 6:30am the app won't accept orders until almost 7am at this location. Don't know if the staff is purposely refusing to accept app orders but the last time I placed one about 15 minutes in advance they didn't pull my ticket until I waited in line for an additional 5-7 minutes. Spent my whole lunch break waiting for food I pre-ordered.

Maria I will not be going back to this establishment because of your rudeness. You guys don't deserve any stars on service and atmosphere the food was a 1 the fries were barely warm and some stale. My coffee you asked how Many cream and sugars I told you 2c and about 12s and you come back with a bag with 4 sugars ??‍♂️
Please guys do better! If you guys want my buisness please at least get the basics down. Recommend re training your staff to attend guest polite and re assure you heard correct the order!

I went there a couple weeks ago to dine in and as soon as I walked in the door the whole interior smelled like backed up sewage. There wasn't anyone in the dining room and I left before I threw up. This place should be shut down by the health department pending investigation.

Just made a quick stop for some snack. I order fries with no salt and they decides just give me fries with salt. They probably thought that I cannot tell but on the first bite it was very obvious it was salted all over. I rarely ever write reviews on fast food because you know it's fast food but this was a very upsetting even McDonald's don't cheat on me on no salt fries....

I went in earlier to get 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. I asked for NO tomato on both and to add pickles. It was even shown on the screen the changes made to both sandwiches. Instead I got both sandwiches one with tomatoes and one without and no pickles. I didn’t pay almost $22 for something I didn’t not ask for. ridiculous.

The kids commented that their Wendy’s meals were the most perfect they had ever seen. Everything was stacked perfectly, had the right amount of condiments, and was the right temperature.
