I order the 20 pc 70c wings at this wingstop ( only available Monday and Tuesday) I got lemon pepper, maple Sriracha, Louisiana rub, and garlic Parmesan and it was delicious the chicken is immaculate it was juicy and dripping

When rating anything, one has to do it realistically. If you’re choosing Wingstop, you have a clear expectation of what you are going to get. And while there is an inherent expectation that the wings should be exceptional because their entire business is based upon wings. However, it’s also fast food, so one has to lower one’s expectations to a fast food scale. And in doing so, let me say that by fast food standards, their wings are very good. However, if you’re looking for hot wings in the vein of the Hot Ones YouTube show, there is nothing here that is going to make you sweat. They have absolutely the best fries in the fast food industry. Reheat them in an air fryer the next day and they’re just as good.The restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean.They have one of the new Coca Cola soda dispensers that offer over 100 different combinations of flavors. Even the pickiest of patrons can find something for themselves.Despite not being overly busy, they staff did seem overwhelmed. My pregnant wife dropped her cup of i e near the counter and the staff of twelve all glanced over and went back to what they were doing, letting her and I pick up the random chunks of I w that littered the floor. While she did drop it and it was out responsibility to clean it up, no one ever offered assistance, and worse never checked to see that it was cleaned up properly. No one brought a wet floor sign. The incident came and went, forgotten in moments.Our order took longer than expected, as at least a half dozen other orders placed after us were filled before ours. Maybe our order was larger or had some component that took longer, but it was simple wings and fries. Who knows?The staff were friendly and responsive at the counter.

Put in an online pick-up order. 1st time visiting this establishment and everything turned out great. Food tasted amazing.Upon arriving, despite being crowded, I was immediately greeted and served.Food was prepared in an efficient time and delivered warm and delicious.Thanks for the great service, food, and the young man at the counter providing top-notch service.

The food is always good but the customer service terrible so rude and they didn't let my service animal in they closed till midnight but they looked so bored when we stepped in is you're job your choset not me I think it was the manager who the most given attitude they didn't even let us eat
It took 55 minutes to get my wings instead of the 22 it said online ,the food was great and properly seasoned , the staff seamed like they couldn’t speak without cussing and don’t get me started on thier attitude. Wing stop should properly train the face of the restaurant. The employee started out by saying “what do you want” to the customer in front of me , myself and behind me.

Thanks for the doctor bill and the pain of salmonella for a week! Worst Wingstop I've ever been too, and from the looks of these reviews it's shocking this franchise is still open... a stain on the brand.

Food is good here. Service is terrible. Front house cashier with black glasses and mustache was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Cut us off while we were ordering multiple times and almost made us not want to eat here. Will not be coming to this wing stop location again. Disappointed.
