My wife and I actually like Yotealicious. It’s a simple, no-frills yogurt shop, but they consistently have tart and raspberry on tap, two flavors we both really enjoy but don’t always find elsewhere. In terms of product, no complaints at all. Where the place loses points for me is reliability. Their posted hours don’t seem to mean much, and it’s hit or miss whether they’re actually open. This is now the fourth time I’ve driven over only to find the doors locked during hours they say they’re open. We don’t live nearby, so when I'm in Gilroy I try to stop in, but it’s across town from the places I usually go, so it’s not a convenient gamble. I understand slow days and bad weather can make it tough for small businesses to stay open, and I’m usually patient about that. But if the hours don’t reflect reality, they should be updated so customers aren’t wasting their time. I try to give small shops a couple of chances, but at this point I’m not sure I’ll make another trip only to find the lights off. Good yogurt, solid flavors, just not dependable enough to plan around.

Everytime we come get yogurt here it gives us all stomach issues!!! This was the last time we come here! Clean your machines!!!! Definitely something wrong going on here!

Tasted like expired sour milk. I had to pull over at chevron around the corner to buy something else and get that taste out. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the food quality.

It's a really nice place, they have lots of options for milk tea, fruit tea, froyo! They also have an appetizer menu. The place is super kid friendly and the price is great for what you get! They also have non dairy options.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids movies playing, jenga, and other nice things to help kids enjoy themselves there.
Stopped by this place after dinner at Saigon-2-Siam since it's in the same Plaza. The boba offerings are just very basic: tea or milk tea with choice of flavor & toppings (mostly just popping boba, regular boba and crystal boba, no pudding). We got mega mango smoothie which was surprisingly good. Thought it's just mango but I think they added orange too and use real fruit so you can still taste the pulp. The wintermelon tea is alright, wish it has stronger wintermelon flavor. Tea is quite strong so it's a little bitter with only 50% sugar. Since the store also sells froyo, we thought we can sample some while waiting for our drink so we know whether it's worth returning to try it in future visit. However the staff seems unhappy and said sample is only for customer who is going to buy froyo, not for those buying drinks. Even tho the pomegranate raspberry sorbet was pretty good, don't think we'll return after this rude treatment.

First time when visited there was young girl who was very respectful and patient by answering questions. Second time there was middle aged lady who was disrespectful, impatient and very rude. She looked very miserable and answered with arraogance and neglence.

My favorite frozen yogurt place in town! The owners are the sweetest people on earth and theres always so much variety in the toppings. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Absolutely wonder here the people are super friendly, drinks are wonderfully made and nicely packed and the fruits for the yoghurt toppings are fresh and delicious. Its clean and the floors aren’t sticky unlike some other stores that sell the same stuff. 1000000% will be back
