Bibis enchiladas & grill

Food is to die for but you can't ever order it because they simply don't answer their phone. Also always running out of menu items. Really sad because the food is excellent.

Checked out Bibi’s and got a mix of loaded tacos—steak and chicken for me, and my friend went with the loaded potato street tacos. I also grabbed a pink lemonade. Total came out to about $30.

The tacos were decent overall, but definitely more on the Americanized side. The toppings were generous—maybe too generous—since they overpowered the meat, which felt a bit light. Everything kind of blended together, so nothing really stood out flavor-wise. Not bad if you’re into milder flavors and lighter bites, but if you’re looking for bold, punchy tacos with depth, Bibi’s might not be the go-to.

I dont know what changed? When I first started coming here it was fantastic and quickly became my favorite place for birria.

Now, its hard to get here because they are never open. The consumé is way to salty and the tacos feel like they are prepared with little to no care. Even the rice and beans were way spicer than they used to be.

I really hope this place turns it around and gets back to how things used to operate. I look forward to when I can update this a more positive review.

Found them on instagram and came to try it out. It was good and they had some pretty good food. Not as hyped up as I thought it was tho but still good food! I got the asada and shrimp burrito and maybe had 2 shrimp in the entire burrito. Still very good like I said but a little bummed.

Were loyal customers, after they closed kitchen way early on two previous occasions, we returned for one last try before giving up on them; and the food unfortunately was terrible. On our previous numerous visits food was exceptional. Tonight was a total miss. We sent back food and did not ask for a refund. Owner made no effort to understand why. The food was so over salted we could not eat it and just finished rice and beans and chalked it up to lesson learned and made the decision we will never be back. If the owner who seemed to busy with some new cook took the time to inquire why food was sent back or offered a partial refund we might give them a second chance. No effort made, so they just lost a regular customer. Oh well.

I got to say I was a little disappointed with this place, heard a lot of good things but i wasn’t really happy. Now the food profile was good. I got the quesabirria and it tasted good but there was hardly any meat in the tacos. When you normally go have them elsewhere it’s loaded. Specially for the price that they charged and they charge you for the dipping sauce that is normally free elsewhere. I paid 24.00 for 3 tacos, beans and rice and a glass of water. That’s crazy!!! And for it to be skimpy. I can’t believe they’re still open. Either way I would not return. Place was nice and the rice and beans where good

Tried this place yesterday and got the Steak and potato burrito. It said red and green sauce, but the burrito was only red and extremely spice, even found a dry chile as I was eating it. After not tasting any mozzarella cheese, I opened up the burrito and there was NO MOZZARELLA. Just the cotija cheese. I ended up eating just the steak bits because the whole burrito was too spicy and didn't live to what I read on the menu.

I really liked Bibis food.

By far the best tacos in sacramento.. boujee tacos and og tacos the pizza omg everytime I come I leave happy I recommend everyone try asap..
