Blaze Pizza

My family recently had dinner here. We wanted pizza and wanted it to eat at Blaze Pizza, it's good and it's sually fast service. However, we waited 30 minutes in line with only one other family waiting in front of us. I guess online orders take priority over customers in the store?? We finally, after 30 minutes, give our order but had to wait another 10 minutes to build our pizzas. Again, online orders take priority? We weren't even acknowleded the whole time. Sorry, we won't be coming back to this location.

The place is fine, the food is ok and tasty however service was not as expected. Don’t try it’s dine it. Should be ok for online pick up and ordering. 👌🏻

Dined in for my daughters birthday. Looked for a pizza place and seen some unfair reviews. The establishment is very clean good crew. The negative reviews were unjust, maybe during a dinner rush.

Got two gluten free pizzas one Hawaiian one pepperoni. They were very good and clean. Good service and it was quick. Dined outside by the fountain and it was tranquil.

Place is very clean, the start was welcoming immediately upon walking in. Hannah and Kim were very professional and pleasant. Love their pizza!

I ordered curbside pickup and arrived at the scheduled time on my order. I had to call four times to ask it to be delivered to my car. I was given different messages from the employees each time I called: first I'm told it was almost ready, 10 minutes later they tell it was ready, 15 min later I'm told it isn't ready and in the oven, 20 min later I'm told that they got the crust wrong and I'm asked if that's okay. Each employee I spoke with told me they'd bring me my order. No one came out. Eventually, I ended up having to go in the store to get my pizza, which was cold and almost an hour after my scheduled pickup time.

The staff was busy for a fundraiser, which I understand, but the store needs to be sufficiently staffed to meet the basic needs of customers.

The pizza tasted pretty good after I heated it up, but it wasn't worth the wait.

Seriously bad pizza. Like thee worst I've ever had. It reminded me of the terrible pizza they used to give us in the cafeteria in elementary school. Way too much sauce, the cheese was missing from huge portions of the pizza and I ordered olive oil drizzle and it was absolutely soaked with oil.I just don't understand how they can mess up a cheese pizza so badly. I ate two slices and threw the large pizza in the garbage because it was inedible.After my order, they sent me a survey, so I took it and told them how bad it was, then immediately they send me a canned response offering a free dessert like that's going to make it all better.If you have kids that don't know what good pizza is, go to blaze. If you want good pizza, go somewhere else.

As a customer and reviewer, BIG tip to Blaze Owners, you will look like a better business is you respond to Alllllllllllllllll reviews, trust me .... do NoT cherry pick the reviews you want to reply back to. I've read almost all of your reviews and MaNy of them gave good and informative ways to improve on your establishment, and some Pizza Connoisseur's. However, the Blaze reply back person does not want to touch on truthful comments to better your establishment. Change your ways guys and you will be a better than average pizza place. Blaze Pizza pics look better than what you get in person, great staff just lacking people friendly service delivery skills, atmosphere is so so on cleanliness, and if many staff members are standing around a floor cleanup should take place at least every 15-20 min it will make your customers feel valued.

Mediocre at best--a step above a frozen pizza. In fact, I think that the pizza crusts are shipped frozen to the store. Tastes and looks like it to me.
