Order on app which was petty difficult for a few kids meals and nuggs for a grown up. Drive through was quick. The food is fine. It’s pricey to me for what you get but it was a special request little worked hard for and so he got it. Lots of small talk in the drive through which isn’t my favorite. It is what it is and I generally avoid this place because of the lack of inclusion and their political views.Kid-friendliness: Kids want this. I like the lack of a stomachache I get because of the quality of chicken. Fruit can sometimes be less than fresh. Lots of drink options like milk, lemonade, etc. nuggs are an easy sell
I used to enjoy coming here but they have become very lazy at this location and it is upsetting. They refuse to alter orders upon request. Say you have a food allergy(which I DO!!) don’t expect them to care. Because they are to LAZY TO CARE. I would recommend driving to Elk Grove location. It is much better and accommodating. They will take the time to alter your order. And CARE . And not lazy . The guys in line don’t even check to see if your order belongs to you or was correct after you order they say go ahead and give you a thumbs up . DO BETTER .Dietary restrictions: They don’t care for people with food allergies

I got there 30 minutes before closing and figured I would get tired, listless employees and cold, sad food. Instead, I got over-the-top, happy, energetic employees and hot yummy food!That's a good deal!

Decent fried chicken though I'm from Louisiana so my view is definitely skewed.
Wow if the regional manager knew about some of the employees at this location......Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience with one of the cashiers.Not the usual Chick-Fil-A experience at all.Was rushed through my order by the cashier.You could tell she was upset about something.When we went back to get a refill, before even speaking to her, she said you can't get a refill we've shut down our drink system.What?In the middle of a shift?I can see after they close, but clearly they were in a big hurry to get out of there.Even my daughter mentioned she was rude.This has not been the first time they were rude in this location.You can obviously see the rating of this location.Does management care? Not sure......And how about those prices.I can feed 3 people at In-N-Out for what we paid for 2.Don't like those odds.

My wife and I eat here pretty often. The employees are always really friendly and with take out, the orders are always correct and there's no missing food.The food is always fresh and tasty, and their fries are wonderful. We often go there just for the fries lol. Their spicy sandwiches are pretty spicy just to give you a heads-up. Otherwise we've always had pleasant experiences here ?
