Fantastic service! We came in for dinner and ordered two noodle plates. Delicious and a very generous serving size. The woman who took our order was so kind and even gave us a spicy sauce to try with the chicken. Yum!

My friend and I went for lunch today. Only one person in waiting, their lunch out then my friends. I'm waiting and nothing 15 minutes and nothing I go and ask why is it taking so long ? Your order takes longer to cook than others. I ordered mixed teriyaki 4 people have come and ordered and have gotten their lunch and I'm still waiting they got here after us. The woman was nice and when I asked for a refund and she gave it me.
They never include the teriyaki sauce if you order over the phone. I ordered a meal which came with one and then an extra one and got neither. Dry rice and chicken is not great ?

Love how I specifically asked for double Rice in my online order and I get double salad. Even tho I paid extra for double Rice and didn’t get it. pay attention.Food was meh anyhow

As a fast food restaurant, the food is good. I most appreciate when you eat in the restaurant they serve with reusable plates and soda cups. That reduces waste and pollution significantly! Every restaurant should do that. Including fast food restaurants.

I fired up Yelp to complain about the thimbleful of teriyaki sauce they provide. An additional teriyaki sauce thimble will set you back .50 cents. They have Dr. Pepper, which is honestly a boon. After throwing up all evening from what I'm sure is food poisoning, the teriyaki sauce thimbles aren't the main problem anymore.
