Worst customer service experience I have ever had from a company who made a mistake and gave my order to someone else. Then lied about it and kept saying it was my fault. That I had someone by the name of Samantha pick up my order. I was told this so call Samantha tried to pay for her order but the pasta queens husband said it was already paid for. I’m my conversation with this company, the owner kept calling my Samantha. I corrected her that my name is Senona and that’s when she changed everything around to say I had Samantha pick up my order. Again I don’t know Samantha’s.Then makes an accusation that I “clearly have dementia “. How unprofessional is that!

Great pasta, very hard to find Gold River location. It's in a set of warehouses and there with no sign and the physical storefront while indicated as their location on many platforms is vacant. The pasta is great though and the sauces are much better than our homemade pesto and arrabiata. Food 5 stars, information on finding location - 1 star.

The pasta is fresh. My extended family loves its cheese and lemon raviolis! I personally go for anything that has spinach in it.

Revised review: You CAN try this place but you must order online. The brick and mortar store is not open to walk-ins. Yay! This pasta sounds delicious! Can't wait to try! The owner was very kind and responsive when I posted my former review thinking they were closed. Former review: I wanted to try this place but it looks like it's no longer in business. Disappointed.

I decided to make an impromptu trip to the El Dorado Hills Farmers Market last Sunday and picked up a pack of their Lemon Ricotta Ravioli on a whim. As crazy as this may sound, I'm not much of a pasta person but my husband absolutely loves it, especially when it's stuffed with cheese. Our 2 year anniversary is Monday but we had a little pre-celebration dinner tonight and I whipped together a garlic parm cream sauce for the ravioli and some green beans...and....OH MY GOD. I wasn't prepared for what I just experienced. No words were exchanged while we ate this meal..just silence filled by the occasional "mmmmmm" or "wowwww" or perhaps "yummmmm". We were both entranced by the deliciousness and I'm not talking about the green beans. This is the best ravioli I've ever had. The flavor..the textures...just pure perfection. Absolutely complimented by a buttery cream sauce! Everything was delicious. My daughter wanted ravioli for her birthday dinner and decided to give this place a try. Their online presence isn't monitored too well nor their text messaging. I didn't get a reply until 2 1/2 days later to my questions. By then I had already purchased and eaten my food. That aside the in store service was super friendly and helpful! They helped me with picking my raviolis, sauce and I got meatballs. Informed me on how to save myself some money with combinations. ALL was very good, but the creamy mushroom sauce really stood out. Can't wait to try all the things.
Ate the whole dish before deciding to Yelp this wonderful place. Stumbled upon The Pasta Queen at the Midtown Farmers Market and she let us sample a meatball in truffle sauce. We were sold! I made them that same night at home and they were just as good if not better. Meatballs, noodles, and sauce were fantastic. Felt like a fancy Italian meal and it fed my boyfriend and I (plus leftovers) for $21. I will be going back for the meatballs and to test other sauces. Awesome place. I will struggle to buy noodles, sauce, or meatballs at the grocery store from here on out.

We've been working our way through their carry-out options and are consistently impressed. Their sauces are always excellent, the fresh pasta and ravioli delicious, the meatballs are incredibly tasty. We had the bolognese lasagna last night and it didn't disappoint...hearty comfort food, satisfying with every bite. We're pretty decent cooks ourselves but would be hard pressed to compete with a lot of their offerings. Don't be put off by items from the freezer, the quality is always excellent. We've also used the pasta after the 'use by/sell by' date and have never been disappointed with the results. Really nice owners too!

Now that's a spicy meatball. I'd highly recommend trying this pasta shop out. The owner is friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, plus the price is very reasonable for such a high quality experince. Pick up some dinner to go or enjoy a meal in the comfortable outdoor seating area. I'm glad we found this place and we plan on becoming regulars here. Did I mention they offer cooking classes?

Tried for first time tonight, NOT disappointed!!! Everything was delicious. We had the basil fettuccine with meatballs and arrabbiata sauce. Took it home cooked it up and enjoyed.

If you like fresh pasta, this is the place. I have been buying pastas and sauces from “the pasta queen” for 5 years. Susan’s stuff is to die for! Ravioli, noodles, gnocchi, cannelloni and sauces that are out of this world! I go in once a month and “stock up”. Yes, I freeze it! Then, I deliver it to my sons in the Bay Area and my neighbors. Go check The Pasta Queen out! High quality and Reasonable prices.
