I just want to thank an employee I believe her name is Dulce, she was kind and welcoming. A lot of times, I’ve dealt with rude cashiers or people who seem like they don’t want to be there. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands good customer service these days, especially from someone young. She had a great attitude, a genuine smile, and made the experience so much better. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have her!

The Cashier was very inconsiderate while Me and my service animal walked in she denied my service dog access and told me I need to show proof or have his vest on then told me I would have to put him away in the truck before I could be served

All she could do is laugh at me when I told her everything she’s asking for is against the law. I wish more establishments would actually train their employees on customer service.

The cashier was like she doesn't like her job. Not welcome,not thanks. Practically she acts like robot. Poker face. I understand sometimes work can be difficult. But if you don't like it just probably can look at something else.

This was a good stop on our drive. All things considered, it was clean, the restrooms were clean, the food was good and the service was great. The employees were very nice. I would stop here again if needed the next time we drive through.

It's the only fast food in that area. Bathroom is not cleaned very well but you don't have to buy anything to use it😖
