I just want to thank an employee I believe her name is Dulce, she was kind and welcoming. A lot of times, I’ve dealt with rude cashiers or people who seem like they don’t want to be there. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands good customer service these days, especially from someone young. She had a great attitude, a genuine smile, and made the experience so much better. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have her!
This was a good stop on our drive. All things considered, it was clean, the restrooms were clean, the food was good and the service was great. The employees were very nice. I would stop here again if needed the next time we drive through.
Adequate! What you’d expect from the location it’s in. Server was really kind, wish I got her name. Internet worked pretty well, facilities were clean. Only down a star cause the drink fountain wasn’t as carbonated or flavored as I hoped.
