This was by far the **worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had**. We waited over **30 minutes** for a *small order*, and when it finally came out, it was **wrong**—missing the sauce we ordered. On top of that, the place was absolutely filthy.
The **floor was sticky**, the entire restaurant had a **horrible smell**, and there was **trash everywhere**. Not a single clean table could be found, which is unacceptable for any dining establishment, especially one as busy and well-known as McDonald’s.
The lack of cleanliness and poor service here is shocking. If management cares at all about their customers, this location needs a complete turnaround—better training, proper cleaning, and staff who can actually handle basic orders.
I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Little food truck rigth out the Gorman exit off the five is a place worth visiting, the owner is charismatic and friendly like most salvadorean people, she stands behind her cooking. A gem in the middle of the mountains, most definitely.

States online they are open 24 hours and we were told on 8/29/25 at 12 am that they were closed. There were other people in the drive thru and we were sent away! If any managers or owners read this check on your employees! I’ll drive by here next time and go to the one in Santa Claris instead!
Good food, would recommend the Sausage McMuffin for breakfast. Clean bathrooms, and great customer service.

WORST customer service by the two young ladies at the drive thru including the blue eyed blond manager. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Terrible attitude. If this is a franchise, this occurred 2pm on 7-27-25 Sunday. 3 chicken nuggets happy meals, quarter ponder and a 10 piece nuggets meal. I am a business owner and would appreciate the same information.
