Customer service is not good. They cannot admit they made a mistake on my birthday cake. My husband emailed specifically what he wanted and was asked what design. He referred to the design of a different flavored cake and they completely ignored his request for a chocolate cake with only the design of the pink velvet cake. He emailed them that he made a typo of my name on the online cake order and they read that email and made the change, but could not bother to confirm the specifics...read full review
