Delicious food! The kabobs are perfectly seasoned and grilled, but the real standout is their baba ganoush — the best I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend!

Excellent Persian food made with love by a family who love making delicious food. Clean and quiet place to enjoy your meal. The dolmah is just like the way my Persian/Turkish grandma used to make it.

The quality of food was "MAHSHAR", which, in Persian means beyond unbelievable! Service was awesome. Ambient, great. Too bad I don't live in the area, otherwise, I would eat here every single night for the years to come.

This is my favorite Persian restaurant in the world. The tahdig and the gheymeh are fabulous and the kebob is really fresh. They also have tahchin on Fridays ❤️. I highly recommend this restaurant and I'm always looking forward to going back every time I'm in town.

During the Anual Granada Hills Christmas Parade, my kid had to really use the restroom, and this restaurant didn't let me used it's restroom unless I buy something from them.
It's seem un ethical for a restaurant to do that, especially if it's an emergency.

This is my second review of Ali Baba. We've been coming here for dinner for the past 3 years and every time we have left extremely satisfied with the food, the service and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. This time around, I inquired about catering services as I wanted to share this delicious food with family and friends at our Baby Shower. I spoke with Ali, the owner, he gave me recommendations as to what I should serve for a party of 100 people while keeping me within budget. Ali personally delivered the chafers I would be needing the evening prior to our event, walked me through the warm up process prior to ensure the food would be at the perfect temperature before serving. The day of our event, food was served on time before guests arrived. Boy oh boy, FOOD was a hit! Everyone was raving about the the quality and taste of both the Meat and the Chicken. The Mast-o-khiar (cucumber yogurt) and the humus were on point. We had more than enough rice. At the end of the party, people were asking if we had any left overs to take home with them. Both my wife and I cannot be thankful enough for Ali and his team for taking such good care of us and for serving up such exquisite food. Will definitely be using them for our future parties and date nights with the wife, a must at Ali Baba.

The best Persian food in LA. Not only is the food delicious, the space is clean and inviting, and the service is always on point. Ali and his staff treat us like family and have even catered some family events. The catering is just as excellent and always consistent. Grateful for this local neighborhood gem!

I ordered something and picked it up. When I got home it was a different plate. I had to go back and take the one they gave me and change it. Isn't it difficult to read an order and place it. How do they make a mistake?

I can't say enough how grateful my wife are! We used them for catering for our wedding! Food was excellent! The service was outstanding. I promise you will not be disappointed! The attention to detail was evident. The display of food was awesome! After our wedding, the guests made comments to us on how delicious the food was! Thank you Ali Baba! Ramin & Shirin
