Weighing out extra chicken in 3 oz. Portions instead of 6 oz. Like other locations for $3 each lmao cheap I also ordered a rice and beans plate without beans and i only got 1 portion of rice, no substitute for beans w more rice as it even said on receipt, when asking about portion of chicken manager had an attitude. Worst baja fresh ..also all the tables are flipped on there side so nobody can sit in the booths to eat ?seems like the manager is putting her daily work experience before the service of the customer experience.

I hope not all Baja Fresh are like this one now. Cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. Store smelled like sewage. Chicken and fish were both extremely dry. The only thing we could eat was the beans and rice. Salsa is store bought, not handmade anymore. I hope they can turn it around.

I adore Baja Fresh. Their food is affordable and tastes amazing. So sad to see so many locations closing down. I hope this one last for a long time!!

I used to come before COVID but today was running errands nearby. Long story short, never again food overpriced and not the best food very poor quality . No wonder the place was empty at 5:00 pm I paid $30 for couple tacos and quesadilla the regular drinks WTH ?

Friendly service. Delicious and fresh food.This is the only Baja Fresh (Granada Hills) in the area that still makes (steak) tortas. My favorite!Thank you GH Baja Fresh! Keep serving the Tortas!!

Doesn't offer senior discount. The manager unfriendly, staff at counter not to polite. 2 meals ordered over $35.
Rude Cashier ignores those waiting in line and then has an attitude about not paying attention to customers. Instead of apologizing she has to get the last word and she walks away as though I'm the problem. Manager offers to take my order but she's too busy and says I have to wait. I guess no one else is qualified to bag food in this place except for her. I asked for the store number and she said she didn't know because it changed but I confirmed that that was a lie. Such a shame that these businesses want to raise prices and be worse towards their clientele.

The burrito Ultimo was decent. And the salsas are consistent.The service was really good and quickEverywhere was spotless! However, the room was dark perhaps a hold over from covid restrictions.We would return, especially for take out.
