Burnt pizza and zero accountability. They messed up, we called, and they didn’t care. No refund, no apology, just attitude. Save your money, this place is trash.

If you like your pizza blackened like charcoal and served with a side of customer service that sucks, this is the place for you. They wouldn’t refund or compensate in any way after several misleading calls. Garbage business!!!

We ordered a large pizza order for a graduation party and they completely ruined it. The pizzas were burnt to a crisp, not just slightly overcooked, they were black and inedible. We called, multiple times, and got absolutely no help. No refund, no replacement, not even an apology. We had guests waiting and had to reorder food from somewhere else. They ruined a really special day and acted like it wasn’t their problem. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth your money.

Was better than expected! Went for a couple of slices but the sizes were huge!

Under new ownership. Lady argued when I told her the ingredients that were on my pizza were wrong. Ordered the Godfather and she said it is not what it use to be. She read me the ingredients and I told her there was no basil or sundried tomatoes and she still said it was the godfather.
Will never go back and it is a shame since I have been a customer there for 9 years.

We ordered large delux and mexican style pizza, my husband picked it up without checking. The pizza was not cooked, bell peppers, olives ,onions, italian sausage all raw.Pizza was very greasy lot of cheese and not cut through. the dough was limp. No cilantro was added for mexican style. I called them back, their response was they do this bussiness formany years and havent had complain before. Not recommending this location .

We ordered four Papa’s peaches for a luncheon at our church. Delivery was exactly on time. They were very helpful bringing in and setting up the pizzas. Pizzas were delicious and we had so many compliments from people on how wonderful the pizzas were. Thank you so much, we appreciate your working with us and being on time, etc. we will definitely be using you again!

literally go anywhere else but here, my partner and i just got one pizza and are tossing and turning in the middle of the night from a stomach ache.
he’s already spent multiple trips to the bathroom and i’m on the brink of puking.
we are actually losing sleep from eating TWO slices each!
seeing all the reviews makes me realize that they have a habit of not cooking things ??

my order was totally WRONG I ordered a deluxe pizza with extra mushroom but I got only a mushroom pizza with some parts of pizza even didn't have mushroom on it!!
I called the store directly but they put me on hold for 5 minutes I hung up and called again no one answered , then i called Grubhub
They are not treatable and they ignore they mistakes ,picture shows a half aAA<<<SS mushroom pizza which suppose to be deluxe pizza!!

We just starting visiting BMPP Granada Hills, and my son liked their calzone and you get coupons/rewards from repeat business with them. HOWEVER, this all changed when I ordered 1 med pizza, 1 calzone and 1 order of Sfogliatella (Italian pastry with cream filling) and when I showed up to pick up my order, 30 minutes after ordering, the poor workers seemed so unhappy and disorganized. Instead of letting me know what was going on, they said nothing and seemed to be trying to get my order ready, I waited another 20 minutes or so. The pizza was okay, very bland, the calzone was fine but the Sfogiatella was RAW!! They forgot to cook it and I didn't realize this until I got home!!! It was only $8 but this was completely unacceptable. I am super disappointed

Was down the street getting my thc and what goes better with that than an enormous slice of pizza? I had the Godfather to go. It was really good. Service was on point. Go try these guys out.
