What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! The food was incredibly fresh and very tasty. They have great bone-in wings and the boneless ones were excellent, too. The fries were super fresh! I'd pick this location over the Northridge Mall spot any day.

Unfortunately the wings have been horrible for months now, small, overcooked and freezer burns and more time than not we get home to find something missing from the order. Although we keep giving it another try it's been like this consistently. When they first opened it was much better, unfortunately it has gone downhill ~

Really....they don't offer water for customers. Fountan soda machine was malfunctioning. Really sad and low class to not offer water to customers.
The lighting inside is terrible. Terribly placed spotlights with no diffusers blind you no matter where you sit. All of the tables wobble, trash on the floor, No Restroom for customers.

On Jan 23rd I did a call in order for pick up . After my order was taken over the phone I was give and sent to an app that did not work after multiple tries. I called back trying to figure out how I could get my order started so all I had to do was pay . After I got no help or resolve from the young lady who works the cashier and phone I politely asked for the manager, this is when Hugo came on the phone . He claims that there is a district and corporate decision to not make food unless you use their app system. I explained I want to use the app but it doesn’t work nor does the app on the website. Hugo doubled down and said he was willing to lose my business and any future business because I asked can you please come up with a solution for the app I can’t be the only one . Not only did I still come and have to order in person , I called around to sister location and they said that it is false and they would be happy to take my order before pay as well as have ready on arrival. I have lived in the city of Porter Ranch for 7 years now I always support the local restaurants but if people like Hugo will be running the business I and my corporate account will be spending our dollars elsewhere. Please get this message to corporate they need to know the operation is being ran .

This place is bizarre last week we came three times which is three days in a row which Veronica doesn’t understand and we were able to do the bundle in store every time where you get 20 boneless wings with fries for $16.99 it doesn’t let us do it in the app which workers who were there during the three days understood it would not let us do it through the app each time we showed them it wouldn’t let us those amazing crew members said it was a okay and were able to do it on their system last week with no issues we payed 18.87 in store which is perfect today we come in and let them know the same thing show them proof it won’t let us and Veronica tells us we can’t do it that way and we must be lying because last week apparently no one did that those three days it never happened she says when we have receipts it did we get a refund today because an associate decided to charge us 30 for the same deal we’ve been able to do with no issue with other workers but as soon as Veronica brought in her nasty attitude now she says it was never possible so how were we paying those three days what did we steal the food and Someone just took our 18 every single time ? No we got a refund which is gonna take 3 days for a mistake they made No food and no great customer service from either the manger or Veronica both were relentless and incompetent. And then she has the audacity to say if we want to reorder the food that’s already made even tho she knows the app won’t let us she says re order and we will give you the food that’s been sitting there cold. This please sucks.

The hamburger was amazing. It was delicious. I would highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger. I order 6 wings. My son loved them. He is the expert on wings. I tried one and wanted more. The service was great as well. Thank you.

Honestly, was skeptical at first but I've pretty much always had good experiences at this location. At first their fries was very mediocre but I've noticed they've started making it a lot better. The boneless & regular wings are always consistent & good choices of flavor. Customer service is always spot on too & they're always nice & welcoming. Other BWW locations aren't as good as this.

The girl at the register was so kind, the manager came out and took care of my coupon, they were extra thoughtful in making sure I knew about which sauces and dishes had gluten due to my allergy. To add, the 30 piece I ordered, along with a burger, and onion rings took little to no time at all. Great service.

Citronia Landmark

This place was a ghost town when I stopped by. I see why. They are overcharging for simple wing pieces. First off none of these places sell whole wings. Louisiana Fried chicken is the only one that's good. BWW sells 6 pieces for $14 bucks and 10 pieces for $22. Now think about that. The sauce isn't good enough for that.
So to feed a family of 4. You will spend about $120 bucks. Now they have done no market research. Cause if they did they would know that I can walk across the lot to Ralphs and buy 5 whole pieces of fresh chicken for $5 bucks. I can add sauce home. The point being. Is they are greedy and this financial model only worked because it was a fad. Now everybody makes them. We dont have to overpay for hot wings. We have too many options. I can guarantee they are loosing money. We'll see how long they last. But at this point even the employees laugh when we ask why they charge so much for simple wing pieces. Suffice to say. Its just not worth it. Save your money and eat where its affordable.
