Cashier named Yadeli took the order. Ordered meals for 3, but got the wrong burger type, missed giving onion rings, asked for ketchup, but got 3 packets. Yadeli said store policy is 3 packets per customer. What a joke. Asked for manager but Yadeli's response was manager is not available for 3 days and she is in charge. Never going back there again.

It's a shame that in order to get my item changed (which they got wrong), I have to refund my entire order? Unheard of. I have an allergy and specifically asked for no bacon or sausage on my grilled cheese , just the cheese bread and pickles. Got my order and somehow there's bacon on it. Then after trying to have them remake the sandwich only, I was told I needed to refund the whole order? How does that even work? What if some of the orders already eaten? I would've simply paid for the sandwich to be remade but that's not possible. Then like most people I asked for a manager and guess who I was talking to!?!?

I mostly come here on Thursdays or sometimes other days depending on if I wanna have something quick and fast and then when I ask for a ranch or honey mustard, sometimes they have it and other times they are out and sometimes when I tell them no tomatoes they still have tomatoes in my hamburger and I have a tomato allergy. Sometimes they don’t listen and it is very frustrating. Especially when they out of certain items and when they put tomatoes in your hamburger when you tell them, no tomatoes that you have a tomato allergy. And there are other days when the service is good and there are other days when the service is horrible. It varies

Don’t order online your wasting your time, they make it when you arrive anyway. No use for ordering ahead and check your food they don’t make the order complete on purpose.
Only 3 employees it wasn't even pack and they took so long to get my meal out saw two customers before get the wrong order and miss objects I won't be returning to this location

Horrible! I ordered for my receipt at 3:15 and it took almost 20 mins to get my 2 shakes. Simple 20 second shake to make. I ordered a strawberry and chocolate! They gave me strawberry and Vanilla - I told them this is vanilla as it’s very white! She and he insisted they put 2 pumps of chocolate. So I taste it and guess what it’s vanilla! I told them and they said that’s chocolate and I put 2 pumps I said it’s vanilla and I said then do 4or 6 pumps she got mad and the guy told me that she realized she did 2 pumps of vanilla and not chocolate!!! They did not apologize to me at all!!! Then proceeded to give me this non chocolate shake again !! I also sent this to cooperate !! Fix your workers! Do better!!!
