I go here often after school. The service is great.

Ordered the biacut special yesterday got white toast with one not even toasted. Came back today to try to get atleast my food I wanted , but without a manager there the poor workers have to try to figure it out for themselves. The cashier and cook where fine, it's not there responsibility to handle these issues. Why does your number not work? Why isn't there a manager or someone trained to handle situations?
I payed and they left my food sitting on the counter right in front of the drive thru and then went to help another customer. worst customer service i have ever seen it took me 20 minutes to get my food while sitting at the window!!!
On the speaker I ordered a triple western bacon and a double diablo burger along with other items.
I received one single diablo burger and a double diablo burger.
Clueless staff who ever that girl manager is she need to be retrained place wasn't busy at all only 2 cars 1 person in line over 10 mins to get my order.
They always have at least a couple budget friendly choice. Note you need to look at the sign posted on the windows usually to find the best deals.
Chatsworth & Zelza plaza. Counter person DID NOT speak clear English or understand. The manager was rude to me because of the language bearier. Manager was rude speaking spnish with counter person. I tried to explain my order and Mgr rudely stopped me to hear the non english speaking employee.
we went in the morning to this location they made the hangover burger delicious like it was promoted on tv whoever made this was mad because we redeemed it with out buying nothing but i did buy something it was around 2:46 pm afternoon disappointment threw it away

During our visit to Carl's Jr., we were served by an employee named Edgar. We ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches, which are priced at $1.99 each. However, Edgar charged us $3.59 per sandwich. Fortunately, my husband was aware of the correct price and pointed it out. Edgar's response was, "Oh, I thought you were using the app," which did not make sense in this context. We decided to let it go and moved on.
Later, I approached the counter to ask for three water cups. As he handed me the cups, Edgar said in an authoritarian tone, "Say please!" This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and shocked. I am an adult and do not expect to be spoken to in such a condescending manner. While I did respond politely with "please," I also pointed out that his tone was rude and that politeness should come naturally, not as a demand.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, Edgar's demeanor was unwelcoming, and he appeared unhappy to serve customers. His behavior is especially concerning given the location of this establishment near a school and the likelihood of younger patrons interacting with him.
I strongly recommend that Carl's Jr. management investigate this issue and take appropriate action. Employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs should not project their frustrations onto customers, who are simply looking to enjoy their meals.

Edgar and his co worker Rocio are the nicest workers and always have the best service. They are always polite and serve you wel.
