Jose please train you’re team along with manners… you guys put chicken in my pizza (we are vegetarian) and instead of fixing the issue he (you’re team member) is arguing with me over the phone (oh you drive almost 20 miles to get dominos) & that you can’t drive back, I was in the area and no I can’t drive to you I don’t work for dominos..learn customer service…

Dominos really needs to consider hiring a better manager and employee names Trey. The most disgusting customer service you can ever receive. The pizzas here aren’t satisfying. And the laziness and misery these people give to customers aren’t worth it.

Been on hold for like 20 minutes and they have the audacity to pick up the phone and hang up on me. Now I’m on the phone with them another 20 minutes and all I want to do is make sure they bring the marinara cup with my order and they won’t even answer. If I could rate them a 1 star I would.

I stopped by here to pick up the pizza my sister ordered for my niece birthday party. This Dominos is in a very small plaza where each parking spot is already destinated for a store so you'll have to park on the street. This Domino store is for pickup only and can only fit like 5 customers inside the store. When I arrived, I park at the electric car parking spots since there was no other parking spot and I already drove inside the plaza. I arrived 5 minutes before the actual pickup time and the pizza wasn't ready yet. I paid for the pizza and waited. My sister ordered 4 pizza so maybe that's why it took longer than usual. The pizza was ready 5 minutes after the pickup time. The kids enjoyed the pizza though so you can't go wrong with pizza at a party.
Parking: You're better off parking on the street
Kid-friendliness: This place is very small so I wouldn't say this place is kid friendly since there no chairs to sit and wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible but very compact inside.

Very poor customer service. I called to check on the status of my order, and the person who answered was rude and hung up abruptly. Didn’t CA recently raise minimum wage here to $20? What did that do for the business? Sure, it benefits the employees, but it’s ultimately the customer who pays. Please be more respectful to your customers.
