Worst customer service ever we order the pizzas and it was delivered. Cold ice and I called the customer service and they really don’t care what is going on. They don’t offer any other pizza. They don’t offer any credit and they were really rude. I wish it was an option to not put any star at all. Don’t purchase any pizza for delivery from this location

It's the worst experience with Domino's. I ordered wings and chicken Alfredo. I only received the chicken Alfredo. And worst of all, I called the store and the incompetent employee answered. What can I do? Are you serious? Oh my God, orrible costumer service

really used to love this place it has gone downhill within the last month I've ordered 2 time from this place in the pass month and the first my ordered was wrong gave me someone else ordered had to drive to the store to fix it today the tracker said delivered had to call the store to see where is was at I called about 17 mins after it said delivered spoke to a woman name jasmine and was told my pizza was left at the store she knew who I was without telling her my ordered number phone number or name than when it came to my house the pizza was cold like it's been sitting around for a while very disappointed I will now be trying other pizza places

I entered the store when the online order tracker said it was nearly done they told me at the counter that it wasn't done yet and it would be 10 minutes, and then nearly 25 minutes later I learned that it's been done for a good while and they just never looked on the shelves and called me up

I’m not sure if they do this to me in purpose because of my bad reviews but here is another example as to why they get the review. How is there no quality control?
I came in to pay and pick up my order that I placed online. The supervisor on duty named David over charges me. I tried explaining that to him but his respond was I don’t know anything about online orders because I don’t order online. After paying at 8:15pm. I had to wait 30 min because they lost the ticket and didn’t make the order until I got up and asked a driver by the name of Jerry if he can please get my order made because I had been waiting and saw two young ladies one named Dulce who did not know what she was doing and had her hair down in a braid with no hair net ,the other young lady had brown hair in a pony tail no hair net and touched her face and did not wash her hands while making pizza and David the supervisor on duty looked lost like he did not know what is going on, orders were not getting erased off the screen or made. It was literally a joke. The only person that was kind enough to take initiative and make my food after I asked was Jerry. I would not recommend this dominos to anybody.

What an absolute mess. Took a chance on them because of the price and wasted an hour of my time. App said 7 minutes and it'd be ready. Get there in 10 min. I'm told it's another 20 min. I wait patiently for 20 min and ask for an update. I'm told 20 minutes again. This place lies to your face and wastes your time order from anywhere else even if it costs more.
