This location at 10651 Balboa Blvd is usually great but tonight the wings weren't crispy at all and didn't even taste flame grilled and the mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm. The tortillas were also hard on the edges. None of this is what I would expect.

$5.45 is all I spent, saved money!! I ordered a bowl of the chicken soup and 2 orders of corn tortillas. It comes with 1 order, so a total of 3. It was raining and cold and this was perfect for lunch. So yummy. And the portions was big and good too. I had to take a 15 min. nap. Lol. The staff was very friendly. God Bless All at El Pollo Loco. i got some chicken yesterday 05/27/2025 at 6pm thechicken was horrible dry and old i wil not even guibe thath to my dog i do not recomend that you want good chicken go to granada hills mall smaal place but you get that fresh that was my experience
