This is the best El Pollo Loco around. The team members are very friendly and helpful. The chicken is always prepared well. This store really pays attention to quality and cares about their customers.

Came here 10 mins before close, food was great hot fresh , and the order was correct. The only thing I can say negatively is that there were 6 homeless people outside that made the place look sketchy !

There was no ice in the fountain drink area at 8:50pm. We had to ask the front counter for ice. Also, you have to ask the front counter for napkins, as there is no napkin dispensers in the dining area. The staff was very helpful though.
