Enjoy Bowl - Ramen Bar

Enjoy Bowl is back and renamed! Before it was Enjoy Poke and Ramen, but now that they added Bibimbap, it's now just Enjoy Bowl.

The redecorated dining area feels more spacious and modern. It's more colorful an fresh.

What hasn't changed is their delicious Spicy Black Tonkotsu Ramen! I've always loved it here and it continues to be as savory as before. The broth is hearty, the garlic tingles your tongue, and the slices of tonkotsu (pork belly) is thick and plentiful. I almost want an option for a large portion because it's so good!

Both taste and service are great.

The ramen here is probably one of the best in the SFV. I've been ordering my ramen here for the past 4 or 5 years and every time it's delicious, so yes, it's consistently great. I've been to a couple dozen other places in the valley and Santa Clarita, yet this is one of the best. The only other place that I know of that beats this is Ramen Tatsunoya in Pasadena!

I’ll start by saying that I LOVE the veggie ramen here. I think it’s one of the best in the valley. Problem is they are horribly understaffed. I never know if I’ll get my food quickly and correctly. It’s a toss up. Most of the time there’s just one person running the whole place. Today, it took 45 minutes for our food to come out, and it was wrong. The chef was super nice about it but that didn’t help that I was late to work because of it. They NEED MORE STAFF badly. Especially for the cost. I don’t mind paying for the tasty food but it’s soured by the inconsistent service and overall vibe. It was about $45 for two ramens and a gyoza. Also not sure why the veggie ramen is more expensive than regular?Where’s the manager? Owner? Anyone competent? Someone needs to step up so this place can stay around!

Love that they have the self kiosk where you can order on the screen and customize your ramen the way you like it. It's a small place but it's very cozy and the ramen there is sooooo good. This place is top tier and the service is amazing.
