Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

Ordered food for family, watched them cook it, they started putting ketchup on hot dog and I told them it was supposed to be plain. They pulled the hot dog out of bun wiped ketchup off with their fingers then walked away. The other person came over who heard all this put the hotdog back in bun closed it up and put it in the bag. Absolutely a spot worth visiting, the food is awesome and well prepared, the cost is fair and it is regularly clean in here. 5 stars.

Food good but service real slow

The lady taking the order was rude, they gave me a bad pattie. Had dysentery for a week after eating their under cooked burger. The place is falling apart. So sad. Used to be one of my favorite spots to eat.

Only complaint i have easy on the seasoning next time other then that ?

Pre Ordered and paid for chicken wings at 6pm 7/10/20 and the order wasn’t even done by 7:30pm when I went to pick them up. Kids in there just laughing and joking around, when I asked were they ready they said no we forgot, I know there are people out there who seriously need a job more than 3 kids who careless. Will not be ordering here again.

I get my Fatburger fix every Friday!I appreciate the fact that they ask for a mask and Social Distancing!Plus, the fact that their burgers are fat and juicy ! (And delicious)

First of all we didn't get a receipt only the credit card copy and the icing on the cake is that the receipt says the wrong address. We were at the Fatburger on Devonshire in Granada Hills. This particular Fatburger was very rude. They didn't ask if we were okay with everything on the burger from the beginning. After we realized they made the order and said we didn't like relish. The girl blamed us. She first refused to remake it and threw a big attitude towards us... even after we tip cash in the till. My husband walked out as he feared she would not remake his burger safely. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years and if this is how this store trains and runs it business then it will not survive. My husband never got his burger that he paid for. I don't like relish but I ate it anyway.Your first start to setting yourself up for success should be to ask the guest are you ok with everything on your burger... it takes like 2 seconds to insure a happy customer. It's just clarifying communication to make sure everyone is happy. The Fatburger in Van Nuys, Ca know us by name and treat us like gold... they are your business model!!! I realize after looking online that this Fatburger was an express so our bad for not realizing that it is our job to take the order correctly... we didn't have access to the computer to do so.... nor could we make our own meal... so there lies the communication issue.... We have been going to Fatburger on Van Nuys for over 9 years.... WOW that is a longtime... It's my favorite burger in town... but this puts a damper on my taste buds.....

I was craving something contradicting but They did itttttttttt. I ordered the impossible burger with onion rings, bacon, cheese and bbq sauce. It is everything I wanted at this moment. Thank you for walking me through my order!!

Never usually leave reviews but just couldn’t skip Writing about the experience I had at this restaurant. The food was absolutely phenomenal, I’d recommend this place to any burger lover. Definitely will be coming back thanks to the king burger Raymond made me. Great employee you, have well done fat burger.

It was horrible, the buffalo wings at least and no blue cheese what kind of communist doesn't eat wings with blue cheese. They only had ranch. Ranch is like white trash Mayonnaise. Which is disgusting any way you look at it

No one knows what they're supposed to do in the kitchen waited it for my order ??a long time with other customers maybe about 5 doing same waiting?
