Friendly staff, food is always great!
Rice and meat was Luke warm. Sauce had no flavor. Not impressed
I don't know why anyone would go to Chipotle when Freebirds exists, there is literally no reason. Better in every way, try the quesadilla with some extra queso, you'll understand
Food is prepared to your specs and is always fresh. A bit salty every now and then.
This Freebirds in Granada Hills was NICE. The one that closed down in the Marina was not. The staff were friendly, and helpful, and set up our rewards points. When they were low on food, fresh food came instantly. Will be going BACK soon.
UPDATE: As you can see, I received a prompt reply from Guest Relations asking me to email them which I did. They have emailed me a prompt apology and said they are sending me coupons for a free meal. Once I have received the coupons, I will update this post again and increase the number of stars.
Been going here for a number of years now. It never disappoints me. They have a good selection of choices. Everything is always fresh and tasty 😋
Everything great. I like it. Sometimes the music is too loud.

I'm so sick and tired of the overpriced Fufu places popping up just because there's a line doesn't mean they're good. It's Mexican food for Christ's sakes you know a $3 burrito
Been a couple years since I've been there and won't be rushing back anytime soon. Food was mediocre at best in comparison to what I remember it being and customer service couldn't have been worse. Not only did the staff move at a snail's pace but they didn't acknowledge anyone who walked in the door, couldn't be bothered to try and complete more than one item at a time. To say the customer service is lacking would be an understatement.
