Was a regular but they changed the menu. It's more expensive and don't taste as good. Burrito w chips and guac, and fountain drink will cost you $20. Imma stick to chipotle. Literally half the price. But the customer service was good. Which is why the 2 stars

Great food. Ordered the bowl twice and way better than Chipotle. Will definitely order again.

Ordered the seasoned grilled chicken burrito and after looking forward for a few weeks to try this place, I was let down. 1st, the coldness of my burrito could be felt through the foil before even unwrapping it and then the super coldness was confirmed with my first bite. My "regular" size burrito was regular in length but enormous in circumference. The tortilla was literally tearing everywhere and holding on for dear life with how packed it was. Pay attention to your proportions, Freebird! That was truly unnecessary. The 1st half of my burrito was pure rice, as per attached picture. There was something either stale or undercooked; most likely the rice or the beans, I couldn't tell. Something in the texture felt like it had been either sitting in front of a fan for 30 minutes or pulled off the stove prematurely. The chicken didnt start showing face until the 2nd half of my burrito, and by then, I was too full with the load of rice to continue eating. My daughter's steak burrito was all the same, except she got Guacamole, which was all bundled up in one corner. What's so hard about spreading ingredients evenly? For a Mexican-American burrito, I'll just stick to Chipotle or Baja Fresh next time, especially for $13+.

Ordered a quesadilla and drink through DoorDash, when I got my food I was surprised that my order was completely wrong. My quesadilla, was a BURRITO, and everything in it was completely wrong. Not to mention they didn't have my drink at all!! (Could've been three fault of the doordasher) I've had minor issues with this establishment, but this is just the icing on the cake. Do better.

This was absolutely the most horrible burrito that I've ever had! The beyond beef was harder than a bad steak. For my first time it was a bad experience and I'll never return. I told one of the workers and she said that's how their beyond beef is. 1. I cook it all the time and it NEVER comes out that way and 2. If that was true-beyond beef wouldn't be as popular as it is. This is bad for someone trying their beyond beef for the first time. They give beyond beef a bad name. The worst part is the way the employee didn't care... so unfortunate!

Rice and meat was Luke warm. Sauce had no flavor. Not impressed

I don't know why anyone would go to Chipotle when Freebirds exists, there is literally no reason. Better in every way, try the quesadilla with some extra queso, you'll understand

It's just okay. I don't know why I don't get anything but the nachos, cause honestly that cheese sauce is the best thing they have. I was so into this place, but the last few times we have gone, the service and the food is just so mediocre. Too bad, because we did enjoy making the drive to come on up and eat it when we were shopping in the plaza.

Food is prepared to your specs and is always fresh. A bit salty every now and then.

I'm never going to Freebirds in Granada Hills again. Unless you want to get get sick you shouldn't either. I went there tonight, while I was telling the employee what I wanted on my burrito she pushed the food that spilled onto the counter into the bins that stored the food. After she did it twice I called her out on what she was doing. She didn't think she did anything wrong. Needless to say I left and I will be calling the health dept tomorrow. Update 10/2. An official report with LA county health department has been made.

Had the nachos with beyond meat and was unimpressed. I ordered through Doordash. I thought cheese is a standard ingredient in nachos but it's an option here which I missed. There's way too many options. My advice is to keep it simple and include cheese by default.

This Freebirds in Granada Hills was NICE. The one that closed down in the Marina was not. The staff were friendly, and helpful, and set up our rewards points. When they were low on food, fresh food came instantly. Will be going BACK soon.

To start off the Phenomenal service I received from the female employee was greatly appreciated, but the beyond meat was so cold it tasted as if it was frozen. I walked up to the register and asked if they can heat up the entire nacho tray that I ordered but they turned me down. He answered very quickly and said, "Sorry there is nothing I can do about that." As if, he had no sense of urgency or care about my experience here at this location. As if he didn't care at all that I, the customer, was not satisfied. Terrible service from the cook in the back. I will NEVER return to this Freebirds EVER AGAIN.
