My daughter absolutely loved the pancakes with strawberries and bananas. My omelet was very good. I would like to see several more options for jellies or honey for toast, though.

Horrible customer service from the supervisor. Both her and the waitress were being combative and rude. They laughed at us with the kitchen, a plate was pushed into my brothers face, the supervisor argued with my uncle and yelled at him while we were enjoying my dad's birthday breakfast. This is an absolute shame. Don't ever visit this location. This is not a family environment. Their names are Sandra and Karina! Steer clear of these people. They let their emotions dictate how they serve you.

The food was great, although a bit pricey (as expected). I went in thinking that I could use the PanCoins like the previous time to pay for my family's and my meal. Unfortunately, after I told the waitress that I would be paying with Pan Coins for the full stack and short stack pancake orders she did not notify me that due to a policy change that was no longer possible. I then made the order under a completely false impression, believing I could use my Pan Coins. I ended up having to foot the bill for all, but one of the menu items since I could not use my Pan Coins to pay for the bill. Not only that, the app was also completely dysfunctional. I used their website instead to redeem only 3 Pan Coins since that was all I was allowed per 24hr period per individual transaction. Next time, I will know better than to give them the benefit of the doubt and will conduct my due diligence to be fully informed as to how their system works to avoid being charged far more than expected. I blame them and myself.
