They are so nice here I love the team also sometimes they get new workers so please be patient otherwise the workers here always chear me up when I visit best Jack in the box for me
I stopped by this Jack in the Box today to take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday deals on the Jumbo Jack. I came to this Jack location because I was across the street dropping off a package at FedEx. This Jack location is very small and they only have 3 parking spots inside the small lot so I think it's met to be for drive thru. I placed my order through the mobile app but it still took a while for my food to be ready. The app said 5 minutes but it took over 10 minutes....
The person taking orders seemed to be working alone and was obviously overwhelmed. She did try but our order of two Breakfast Jacks took a long time to get and the eggs were overcooked so they had a lot of brown/almost burnt egg in it. Perhaps on a less stressful day for the person at the counter it would be a different experience.
